رمى البحث إلى معرفة مدى اعتماد المكاتب الإعلامية في الوزارات على الموقع الالكتروني لمجلس الوزراء العراقي كمصدر للمعلومات، ويضم هذا الهدف مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية: معرفة أسباب اعتماد المكاتب الإعلامية على المعلومات التي يقدمها الموقع الالكتروني لمجلس الوزراء،والكشف عن الفائدة المتحققة من الاعتماد على الموقع الالكتروني لمجلس الوزراء , وقد استعمل الباحث المنهج المسحي لرصد وفهم مدى اعتماد المكاتب الإعلامية في الوزارات على الموقع الإلكتروني لمجلس الوزراء العراقي كمصدر للمعلومات ، وقد اختار الباحث الإعلاميين العاملين في المكاتب الإعلامية في الوزارات العراقية ، إذ تم اعتماد آلية الحصر الشامل لحدود البحث والبالغة جميع العاملين في مكاتب الإعلام في وزارات الدولة العراقية البالغة (23) وزارة. وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج عديدة يمكن إبراز أهمها;إن مجتمع البحث يمتلك خبرة جيدة في مجال عمله نسبةً إلى سنوات الخدمة التي يمتلكها في هذا المجال ، وإن درجة متابعة المبحوثين موقع رئاسة الوزراء بدرجة متوسطة، وإن مدى اعتماد المبحوثين على المعلومات التي ينشرها الموقع الالكترونية لمجلس الوزراء جاءت بصورة متوسط...

The aim of this study is to identify the role of internal control system in achieving the institution's goals. Descriptive, analytic and case study-in an educational institution-are the used methods.
