Modal sosial diasumsikan sebagai alternatif bentuk modalitas lain. Secara teoritis ada perdebatan mengenai modal sosial bermuara kepada relasi-relasi sosial. Perdebatan itu berkenaan dengan konseptualisasi modal sosial sebagai kapital konkrit dimana individu atau kelompok mampu mendayagunakan relasi-relasi sosial mencakup nilai-norma, jaringan sosial dan kepercayaan untuk memperoleh keuntungan ekonomi dan manfaat sosial. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan modal sosial sebagai konsep teoritis. Pemaparan studi menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara modal sosial dengan inklusivitas dan pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama dalam konteks pembangunan inklusif berkelanjutan. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep modal sosial berfungsi sebagai kerangka berpikir yang bermanfaat dalam keberhasilan pembangunan dan perumusan kebijakan.

Serat Nitipraja ( SNP) is a text which is contain a guiding for leader. The leader must have religius and humanity characters. In SNP we can read about the person who stand next to leader like ulama, ambassador and woman. The special thing is there is a woman subject in the text which is talk about leader. It is interesting because in the Javanese culture, woman does not have any chance to talk in public area, but in text woman can do it. As a render assistance for leader, woman can play in the leader area with her womanhood to have a chance to make a decission in public sector.

Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan normatif dan empiris, jenis penelitiannya adalah deskriptif-studi kasus, sumber dan kriteria data yang digunakan adalah primer dan sekunder, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara interviu, observasi dan teknik dokumenter, serta teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.

Von Thunen Theory Relevance In Bergas District, Semarang Regency. This day, the agriculture is start to losing it existence and replaced by the other land use. But, agriculture is one thing that improve Indonesia’s economic and it means that agriculture is very important to us. There are still many region in Indonesia which rely on agriculture to live the life. One of those region is Bergas District in Semarang Regency. This jurnal is written to give you an examine more deeply review about the Von Thunen’s theory on agriculture land. Is that still relevance or not to this day agriculture. Methods that used in this journal is descriptive analysis. Through the analysis process, we had a result that there is relevances between today’s agriculture in Bergas District and Von Thunen’s theory in some aspect.

Leadership in Islam has an important role in the application of a leader in Islamic education to run very complex rules and run the leadership system both individually and in community groups. Ethics and morals are the foundation that every leader must have in the leadership of Islamic education. A good leader must have good leadership morality that can be followed by subordinates. The value of leadership that must be owned by the leadership of Islamic education such as must have integrity and morality, responsibility, vision of leadership, wisdom, exemplary that can be emulated by subordinates, faith, have the ability to communicate well. Through the ability or value of religion (Islami) this a leader will be able to act, decide, organize, and run the system based on al-Qur'an and hadith. This is the importance of religious values in a leader.
