ABSTRAK Padang adalah jantungnya Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang menjadikan Padang sebagai pusat jual beli dan pusat pemerintahan. Hal tersebut menyebabkan peningkatan mobilitas penduduk yang datang dari daerahdaerah lain menuju Kota Padang ataupun sebaliknya. Kereta Api merupakan salah satu transportasi yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Di kota Padang terdapat stasiun terbesar di Sumatera Barat yaitu Stasiun Padang. Stasiun Padang berada di Jalan Stasiun No.1, Simpang Haru, Kecamatan Padang Timur, Padang, Sumatera Barat. Memiliki lahan cukup luas dan bangunan kolonial membuat keberadaan sign system sangat diperlukan dan diperhatikan di stasiun ini. With the development of information technology, computer has played more and more important role in many regions and human’s life. Abstract—In this paper we present an off-line signature verification and recognition system based on a combination of features extracted such as blob features, average of radon transform, fusion of grid and global features using average and clustering technique. The system is trained using a database of signatures. For each person, a feature vector is obtained from a set of his/her genuine samples using the features that were extracted. The signature is then used as a template which is used to verify a claimed signature. We use the Euclidean distance in the feature space to obtain measure of similarity between template signature and claimed signature. We have discussed four methods and combined the results as per observations based on far, frr and gar.

Security technologies for XML, the XML Encryption and the XML Signature developed by the World Wide Web Consortium, will play a vital role in security on the Internet. A binary X.509 certificate encoded in ASN.1 is included in the XML Signature. We propose to extend the XML Signature to fully represent X.509 certificate information in XML. We developed the specifications for extensions. We implemented a converter that transforms between the ASN.1 representation and XML representation of an X.509 certificate that was aimed to verify the validity of our proposal. World Wide Web security is an important issue on the Internet and trusted information is critical. We experimented with Web page signing, applying the extended XML Signature. We propose the scheme for signed Web pages based on the XML Signature. We conducted a test implementation of the scheme with the extended XML Signature. We verified that the proposed scheme could easily be implemented and incorporated into the current Web environment as well as the effectiveness of the extended XML Signature. The paper concludes by identifying necessary areas for future standardization.

This study aims to analyze the application of the Singo application as well as the obstacles and efforts in its implementation based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2023. The research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Malang City. The data analysis technique in this study used qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings show that implementing Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 1 of 2023 through the Singo Application at the Secretariat of the Malang City DPRD is running quite well based on four Edward III policy indicators: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The socialization conducted has helped internalize the use of the application, although there is still a need for increased training and technical guidance to reduce concerns of TTE misuse. Infrastructure support, such as computers and mobile phones, is adequate, but application maintenance has not been optimized, so manual signatures are still used when disruptions occur. The disposition of implementers shows a supportive attitude, but high workload constraints hinder the effectiveness of the process. Coordination between implementers is good, but human resource capacity building and more effective supervision are needed. It is expected that the secretariat of the Malang City DPRD will conduct periodic socialization, provide online technical guidance, provide additional supervisory personnel, and maintain the Singo application to improve the effectiveness of electronic signature implementation.

Land trading as investment is sometimes find some barriers or problems. One of the problems is illegal or misclaimed of the land certificate. Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) and Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) as institutions and correlated parties in the process of land certificate making need a system to handle the problem of falsification land certificate. The purpose of this research is to make secure system of digital land certificate document with a data protection system to detect if there is a falsification activity from certain party. This research hopefully can help BPN and PPAT as authorized institution of land certificate making and to lower the number of falsification. Digital signature SHA 512 and RSA are used in this research as a solution to keep data integrity of land certificate in a digital format, in this case, in an electronic book with.pdf format. Digital signature derived from xref table in.pdf file. This program has been consulted with BPN and PPAT officer in Salatiga. The result is, this program can be used and applied for authentication process of digital land certificate and help BPN to solve the problem of high number of falsification digital land certificate.
