Today most fuel filling stations have a microcontroller to deal with the electrical pumps, drive the show, live the number and thus shut down the electrical pump. Yet at the same time an individual is expected to accumulate the cash. These fuel pumps are time overpowering and need a great deal of labor. To place fuel stations in far off space is remarkably expensive to create brilliant office to the consumers. Due to the less availability of the workers, 24*7 operation of the petrol stations is not possible. These problems can be sorted out by means of this work which requires less time to work and is powerful which can be introduced anyplace. Our work provides the way to eliminate the cost associated with manpower working at fuel filling stations. The principle point of this work is to create a framework which is able to do routinely deducting the money of oil administered from consumer's card dependent on RFID equipment. This work mainly aims to come up with a postpaid card for fuel bunk system and fuel dispensing system with RFID technology. This will be helpful for common man in his busy scheduled life and avoids fuel theft in fuel filling stations.
This paper presents a fuel dispensing system based on RFID technology. The system can improve the fueling process in order to make it much easier, secure and reliable. It prevents unauthorized fueling by assigning a specified amount of fuel for registered vehicles, depending on their types, within a specific period of time so that each vehicle will get a sufficient amount of fuel. It also provides efficient statistics about the various quantities of fuel at the stations. The system was implemented at the Oil Products Distribution Company, The Distribution of Baghdad. It uses ELA816B RFID reader with its passive tags. It has a software application, built using VB.Net, for registration of customers, updating their accounts and charging them for the designated amount of fuel. The hardware part of this system consists of a microcontroller, card relay, LCD and other basic electronic components, and it is attached to conventional fuel dispensers in order to make them work under the RFID technology. The system uses a centralized database to allow fuel stations to share the same data about vehicles and related balance. Additional features of this system include a website and a phone application, which allow customers to login to their accounts.

In Today's world almost all the sectors and industries have been automated. Petroleum industries are not an exception to that. Petrol pumps have been very much automated, they have microcontrollers to monitor the outlet of petrol and display the appropriate amount to the customer. Even though everything is automated, customers have to collect the money and there is a high possibility of human error while handling hard cash. Our Project is designed in such a way that the person need not worry about carrying the cash with himself/herself. A Smart card, which contains an RFID tag is given to the customers and the petrol pump will have an RFID Reader and payment can be made through the RFID Technology without any hard cash or Human interaction. In this way, human errors in calculation can be saved and efficient transactions can be carried out. These types of cards have been used in lots of applications including attendance management and employee registration systems in schools, workplaces, and large industries. The Smart card contains an AT89C51 Microcontroller, a voltage regulator. serial cable connections and an LED connection. LED works when information are been passed from the microcontroller when the RFID card is been scanned
In current days fuel stations are worked physically. These fuel siphons are tedious and require more labor. To put fuel stations in far off region, it is exorbitant to give fantastic office to the customers every one of these issues are figured out by the utilization of automated petroleum siphon which requires less an ideal opportunity to work and it is powerful and can be introduced anyplace the shopper selfgoing to profit the administrations the installment is finished by electronic clearing framework. The basic and legitimate utilization of microcontroller and GSM innovation gives an allout security and robotized framework in conveyance of fuel. It is interface with high velocity fuel gadget which is advantageous for customer to work. In our framework the secret key will be given to the client by means of his cell phone by the GSM client needs to enter this secret key on the LCD given by the fuel station which will help the petroleum organization to make verification for client likewise the appropriation of the fuel is beyond the realm of imagination until it gets confirmed by the information base. A Petro card peruse is introduced at the bunk. The Petro-card is swiped on the Petro-card peruse gave. On swiping, the data is provoked at each progression, similar to secret word and amount of petroleum in liters. The validation of the secret word and checking for adequacy of equilibrium accessible for installment is finished. If both are fine, the fuel filling begins subsequently through the fuel pipe.

A new fuel recognition system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology aims to provide a solution for the problems that occur during refueling process of vehicles such as wrong type of fuel filling and misusage of pumps, especially in fuel stations. The RFID tags are placed both in vehicles and stations consistently due to the proposed system. A software interface is designed for visual tracking of the system using the C# programming language. The developed interface works with the integrated RFID application development kit. Reading and writing operations on tags are performed via this kit. The results are shown at the interface display. The process of data storage is done by means of a created database, both on server systems and in the memory of the tag. Also in the mini-survey results carried out under this thesis, it is inferred that this system would be a solution for the financial and depreciative loss of fuel stations. As a result, with the system developed in this study, an effective and practical solution is provided against refueling errors. Thus, it would be possible to overcome this kind of errors which cause traffic and vehicle problems.

The main aim of the project is to design a dispensing system which is capable of automatically dispense the petrol for the amount to be given by the customer. Petrol dispensing systems are most commonly found in our daily life in different places like offices, Bus stands, Railway stations, Schools, etc., Here we are going to promote a modern era petrol dispensing system which is to be operated with RFID technology. This project is about designing a prepaid card for petrol bunk system and also petrol dispensing system using RFID technology. In recent times all the petrol stations are manually operated. These manual petrol pumps are time consuming and require more man power. Normally placing the petrol stations in distant area is very costly to provide excellent facility to the consumers. All these problems are sorted out by the use of unmanned power pump which requires less time to operate and it is effective and can be installed anywhere. The customer can avail the service which has to be done the by electronic clearing system.

Nowadays, there are no accurate records of the various quantities of fuel being dispensed at the Iraqi fuel stations. All such reports are usually paper-based and are missing the required precision to control this valuable commodity, which could lead to misuse or illegal sale of fuel. This paper presents a control system based on RFID technology to monitor the supply and dispensing of vehicle fuel in Baghdad. The system consists of RFID readers attached to fuel dispensers and pumps, and RFID tags assigned to the vehicles and the trucks used for delivering fuel to the fuel stations. A hardware part is connected to conventional fuel dispensers and machines, located at both the stations and the fuel refineries or depots, which makes them work under the control of the RFID system, without the need to rebuild new dispensers. The designed system database is a centralized one located on a cloud server, in order to allow fuel stations to communicate with it and do the required transactions. Throughout this system, different reports can be generated, which can give important online statistics about the movement of fuel supplies over the city.
