The subject of the study is one of the historical and civilized topics that serve the historical researcher, the intellectual, the ordinary reader, and others alike. The printing of various publications is one of the manifestations of civilization and societal advancement, and a mean of progress, intellectual, and cultural movement, through which the cultural and intellectual extent of identify development in the societies can be measured whenever and wherever. Despite the late printing appearance in general in the city of Makkah, and its limited capacity and equipment, especially in the Ottoman as well as the Hijazi Hashemite eras, it reflected however the extent of Makka people desire to work on developing their intellectual, cultural, and scientific sides, especially during the period of scientific study of this research, where the religious, scientific, and cultural revolution emerged in printing of publications that Makkah Al-Mukarramah enjoyed then. Thus, printing and publications took a slow and gradual development serving the religious, cultural, and educational process in the Ottoman and the Hashemite Hijaz eras. However, during the reign of King Abdul Aziz, who ruled Makkah in 1343 AH/1924 AD, the situation of printing and publications began to develop rapidly and with visible, steady steps that were legally and administratively considered. The research deals with a study of a book of "brief documents" that's belongs to IBRAHIM ALGHARNATI who died in 579AH, with identifying the book and its author, and highlighting the juristic importance of this book, out of its contents of the sayings of the Maliki school's jurists, and its issues related to documents editing and explains or explaining the features of its documentary work by enacting a rules and regulations in writing various documents and contracts.

المنهج النقدي التاريخي بسيادته على الساحة الثقافية والأكاديمية ردحا من الزمن قارب القرن وربما زاد عليه- وهذا ما لم يحْظَ به منهج آخر- لذلك أثارت هذه الورقة البحثية الأسئلة الآتية وسعت إلى الإجابة عنها : ٭ ما أهم المنجزات التي قدمها المنهج التاريخي، وهل لها من أصالة تطبعها؟ ٭وما العوامل الكامنة وراء سيادة المنهج التاريخي؟ ٭وكيف قرأت تيارات فكرية وفلسفية ومدارس نقدية عاصرته أو جاءت بعده منجزَه النقدي؟ ٭وما النتائج التي يمكن استخلاصها من وراء كل ذلك؟ ٭وهل للمنهج التاريخي من آفاق إذا ما حقق الانفتاح على الجديد؟

This research deals with the realization of the manuscript of Imam Abu Zeid Abdul Rahman Bin Al-Qadi, 'Dany' of his time, and 'Jabari'of his era, and the last memorizer in the Maghreb. He has dealt in it the answers of some issues in the science of readings by Imam Nafi, the imam of the people of Al-madina in readings, and he limited to what 'Al-Shatiby' mentioned in his 'Hirz', 'Ibn Birri' in his 'Dorar' and 'Abi Al-Hassan' in his 'Hasr'. What motivated me to realize this manuscript, the scientific value of the books of Imam Ibn Al-Qadi among readers in the Maghreb. I have divided this research into three sections. I have dealt with the the definition of Imam Ibn Al-Qadi in the first one, the definition of manuscript copies and my work in them in the second one, and the realization of the manuscript text in the last one.

مستخلص البحث تنطلق هذه الدراسة من المشكلات التي تواجهها مدرسة الإرشاد المتوسطة الحكومية للبنات مالانق عند تعليم اللغة العربية للطالبات فصل الثامن، حيث عدم توفر الكتاب التعليمي المناسب لتعليم اللغة العربية فصل الثامن. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعداد كتاب تعليم اللغة العربية على المدخل التقني لطلبة فصل الثامن مدرسة الإرشاد المتوسطة الحكومية للبنات مالانق، ويكون ذلك الكتاب المطور ذا فعالية كبيرة حتى يتمكن الطلبة من تعلم اللغة العربية بشكل فعال ومشوق. وأما خطوات البحث التطوير المستخدم في هذا البحث هي الخطوات التي قدمها بورج وغال (Borg & Gall)، حيث تمر هذه الخطوات بثمان مراحل، هي: 1) تحليل الاحتياجات والمشكلات، 2) جمع البيانات، 3) تصميم المنتج، 4) تصديق المنتج، 5) التصليح، 6) التجربة المبدئية، 7) التجربة الميدانية، 8) الإنتاج النهائي. تستخدم الباحثة في هذه الدراسة منهج البحث التطويري والتجريبي، وتتم عملية التطوير بأربع مراحل، هي: 1) الدراسة التمهيدية وتحليل الاحتياجات والمنهج، 2) تصميم الكتاب التعليمي اللغة العربية على المدخل التقني، 3) التأكد من تناسب الكتاب التعليمي المطور وتحكيمه من قبل ا...

The research highlights some explanations on the status of Arabic grammar and its origin with the statement that Abu al-Aswad al-Duali was not the author of it. To develop the research presentation, the research discussion focuses on orientalists’ views toward Arabic language as well as the modern views among the Arabs also will be accounted. Therefore, based on consistent narratives and logical arguments by scholars indicated that there was no connection between Aristotle and Sibawayh. The statement had referred to the different concepts and terminologies usage in the both languages Arabic and Greek. The analysis which base on critical study as a method approach discovered the unbalance statements are still unable to defect the authenticity of great narrations and logical arguments of the clarity of Arabic grammar as a result of culture preservation as well as Quran understanding defence.
