Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Work Environment, Job Training, and Motivation on the Performance of Employee in SMP Negeri 3 Candi with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, from 51 employee respondents in SMP Negeri 3 Candi. Data analysis technique uses path analysis with SPSS 23.0 progra. The results of this study show that the variables of Work Environment, Job Training, and Motivation simultaneously influence the performance of Employee in SMP Negeri 3 Candi. Job training and motivation variables does not affect the work satisfaction. Work Environment variable affect job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variables affect performance. Variables of the work environment, work practice, and Motivation have no effect on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable
