This work, a company case study Ice Londrina Ltda, a small Ice production and distribution business area, aimed to determine the importance of distribution logistics to influence directly the costs associated with their activity. The work presented here, using the method of guided research in literature where the logistics are set, and the importance of minimizing distribution costs and its reflection in the business cost, always with the objective of analyzing efficient routines with minimized costs as differentiating factors in a competitive market. Then we present a company case study cited where its distribution area, undergoes a check of their operational routines, where the most expensive and causing waste and thus proceeds to the possibility of reducing their costs are observed. The case study aims to study and analyze the costs in the distribution as the main indicator of the logistics company, aiming to restructure operations and minimize the flaws in the process regarding the movement of materials and products. Identify the critical points of costs, risks and disruptions and loss of operational efficiency. Operations were analyzed and it was observed that failures were occurring and that there was the need for a deeper analysis covering all the routines of the company. The analysis was done "in loco" and also directly with documents such as invoices, waybills, route maps, spreadsheets direct costs and indirect / month, overtime maps and monthly performance indicators, obtained from the company's files and corresponded to the period from August 2014 to February 2015. The focus of the research was also generating and restoring confidence in the operating team. In addition to other benefits that might be considered, it was possible to better use of equipment, early settlement routes and consultation targets, funds available for training "effective" courses and "goals" for employees, correct investments, positioning optimized fleet, reversal of spending on waste in bonuses for the whole team.

O presente trabalho visa traçar um parâmetro geral sobre a responsabilidade civil dos notários e registradores Visa apresentar e pontuar os riscos e requisitos para a aplicabilidade do instituto da responsabilidade civil.

O presente trabalho tem o propósito de analisar e estudar o sequestro internacional de crianças e como tal fenômeno foi disciplinado pela Convenção de Haia sobre os Aspectos Civis do Sequestro Internacional de Crianças, sendo parte do processo a compreensão de como a evolução da sociedade e a maior relação entre os Estados, o conhecido fenômeno da globalização, influenciou e facilitou no processo de remoção do menor de seu país de residência habitual para território estrangeiro. Além disso, tem como propósito o entendimento do procedimento de restituição desta criança, por meio dos dispositivos da referida convenção e como os Estados lidam com os aspectos da cooperação jurídica internacional que é exigido para que o menor seja restituído como o menor trauma possível.

In 1922, Brazil emerged from the XIX century looking for a new conscience of itself, thanks to a worldwide cultural movement: the well-known modernism . The brazilian modernism have aimed to break with the traditional europeanized culture of the country's elite, in order to recreate na authentically national culture by which the social conditions of the society could be critically reflected on arts, mainly on the literature. Politically nationalist, those authors have wondered na unified nation free from the deep social divisions inherited from the manorial society of the past. But there was a problem -racism: the sons of the masters could not embrace the sons of the slaves. As white men, the modernists refused the negro and his problem, for two reasons: some of them have considered that the most important category for analysing the brazilian society was not race, but social class, according to marxism, under which influence they were; others have supposed the negro to disappear as a result of the emerging urban-industrial world, in which the caucasian man brought by immigration was expected to prevail. However, the poet, novelist, politician and leader of the rightist current of the brazilian modernism, Plínio Salgado, even refusing the negro, did not refuse the negro's problem, to which he presented a final solution: the strange races should be dissolved in tupi blood . 9 18 Francisco Alambert, A semana de 22, p.64 .
