Los abogados y el ambiente en el Perú

2019, Garcilaso 1(2): 11-17

Abstract

The environment and renewable natural resources legislation of Peru is frequently criticized as being prolific, perfectionist and confusing and little or poorly applied. This fact is commonly attributed to the influence of lawyers. It happens that, in addition to the fields that are their own and reserved, such as those related to the administration of justice in all its forms and modalities, they are also dominant in politics and very influential in public and private administration, especially as related to environment and renewable natural resources. It is concluded that, in effect, lawyers have a portion of the responsibility that is proportional to their presence and participation.
