OBAT ANTI DIABETIK
Ny. K (51 tahun) masuk rumah sakit dengan keluhan badan terasa lemas, mudah lelah, dan mual setiap makan. Terjadi penurunan berat badan selama sakit. Klien juga mengatakn luka dikedua kaki tidak sembuh-sembuh. Saat dilakukan pemeriksaan didapatkan S : 37,2˚C, N : 84 x/mnt, TD : 130/80 mmHg, P : 20 x/mnt, edema pada kaki kanan. Terdapat ulkus diabetikum di kedua kaki, terdapat pus dan jaringan nekrotik pada masing-masing luka. Semua ADL dibantu, karena klien merasa lemas, kelelahan dan tidak bisa berjalan karena luka dikedua kaki. Dari hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium didapatkan : Hb : 9,4 gr/dl (N = 12-14 gr/dl) Ht : 27% (N = 37-47%) L : 5900 /µ (N = 10.000 /µ) Albumin : 2,0 gr/dl (N = 3,5-5,5 gr/dl) Kurve gula darah : pukul 06.00 = 135 mg/dl (55-110 mg/dl) 11.00 = 160 mg/dl (55-115 mg/dl) 16.00 = 169 mg/dl (70-115 mg/dl) Hasil konsul mata : Retinopati HT grade II ODS
Infeksi kaki diabetes adalah penyebab umum morbiditas baik dalam masyarakat dan rumah sakit. Infeksi kaki diabetik diklasifikasikan sebagai rumit jika infeksi telah menyebar ke dalam jaringan lebih lembut, jika intervensi bedah diperlukan, atau jika pasien telah menulis kondisi yang wajar menghambat respon terhadap pengobatan (misalnya diabetes mellitus atau human immunodeficiency virus). Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui manfaat menggunakan metronidazol dan 0,9% dalam pengobatan infeksi kaki diabetes yang rumit yang membutuhkan rawat inap. Luka perawatan menggunakan metronidazol dan NaCl yang baik dan benar akan mempercepat penyembuhan luka kaki diabetik (selama 3 minggu luka lebih baik) daripada hanya menggunakan NaCl saja (selama 6 minggu pemulihan luka baru jaringan terjadi). Karena metrodinazole antibiotik, antibakteri dan antiprotozoa. Obat ini melawan infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri dan amuba dalam tubuh. Metronidazole adalah antibakteri dan antiprotozoa sintetik nitroimidazoi derivatif yang memiliki aktivitas bakterisid, amebisid dan trikomonosid.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terkandung dalam ekstrak etanol Uncaria gambir (W.Hunter) Roxb. dan aktivitas antihiperglikemia ekstrak pada tikus yang diinduksi streptozotocin (STZ). Penelitian menggunakan rancangan true experiment posttest only control group design. Ekstrak diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Dua puluh lima ekor tikus dikelompokkan menjadi lima kelompok yaitu kontrol negatif (K-) diberi Na-CMC 1%, kontrol positif (K+) diberi glibenklamid, dan kelompok ekstrak (P1,P2 dan P3) dengan dosis masing-masing 50 mg/kg BB, 75 mg/kg BB dan 100 mg/kg BB, penelitian dilakukan selama 21 hari. Nilai persen perubahan kadar glukosa darah dianalisis menggunakan uji Kruskal Wallis pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak etanol batang Uncaria mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder yaitu alkaloid, flavonoid, tannin, saponin, triterpenoid dan steroid. Selain itu kelompok P3 (44,85%) memiliki pengaruh paling besar untuk menurunkan kadar gula darah kemudian diikuti kelompok P1 (40,12%), kelompok K+ (35,12%), kelompok K-(27,27%) dan kelompok P2 (7,12%), dengan nilai p > 0,05. Pemberian ekstrak etanol Uncaria gambir (W.Hunter) Roxb. pada berbagai kelompok menunjukkan persentase penurunan kadar glukosa darah namun tidak menunjukkan penurunan yang signifikan. Diabetes mellitus (DM) may interfere the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Dyslipidemia induced by the diabetic condition is common and largest problems, which lead to complications of cardiovascular disorders. This study aimed to determine the effect of ginger extract and honey various doses on the levels of total cholesterol in the Wistar rats model of diabetes. This research is true experimental post-test only with control group design. Subject 30 male rats of weight 150-200 grams, divided into 6 groups: (K1) healthy controls, (K2) DM Controls, (K3) Treatment of red ginger extract 1000 mg/kg and honey 1 ml/kg, (K4) Treatment of red ginger extract 1000 mg/kg and honey 2 ml/kg, (K5) Treatment of red ginger extract 500 mg/kg and honey 1 ml/kg, (K6) Treatment of red ginger extract 500 mg/kg and honey 2 ml/kg. DM induced by alloxan 160 mg/kg intraperitoneally for 5 days, and the provision of treatment for 14 days. Total cholesterol levels were measured by CHOD-PAP method. One way ANOVA test among all groups, p <0.05. Total cholesterol levels of K2 were significantly higher than K1 (p = 0.000). Post hoc LSD analysis was found that the level of total cholesterol of treatment groups (K3, K4, K5 and K6) was significantly lower than DM control (K2), with significant value p = 0.008, p = 0.004, p = 0.000, and p = 0.000, respectively. Conclusion: The administration of combination of ginger extract and honey with various dose can lower total cholesterol levels in diabetic rats offspring, where the optimal dose is combination of red ginger extract 500 mg/kg and honey 1 ml/kg or 2 ml/kg

The general purpose of this research is to know protein content, antioxidant activity and organoleptic nature of cookies based on mocaf flour and steamed green bean sprout flour. The experimental method of experimental type using the measured data of protein content and antioxidant activity was tested with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The organoleptic properties were statistically analyzed using the Friedman test and the Wilcoxon test. The results of the analysis showed that there was an influence of the amount of substitution of mocaf flour and steamed green bean sprout flour to protein content, antioxidant activity and organoleptic properties. The best results of this study were substituted cookies with 12, 26% protein content on 30% flour formula, 19.47% antioxidant activity on cookies formula 50% and the best organoleptic properties produced from cookies yielded likes on treatments The average organoleptic properties of cookies the panelists say that the color is not being interested is brown color, the aroma that rather favored is fragrant, the unpleasantless crispness is too crunchy, and the unappealingless taste is bitter taste . The Conclusions of the research conducted on cookies substitution of mocaf flour and flour steamed green bean sprouts indicate a real difference for each test performed.
