Cooperatives are one of the Soko guru of the national economy. If this soko guru is good, it will suit the country’s economic system and vice versa. If the soko guru is damaged, it will affect the whole national economic order. The cooperative economy prioritizes mutual aid for the welfare of members and the wider community. Knowledge about the economy based on local potential and the pattern of the national economy, namely the cooperative economy, must begin to be grounded to the millennial generation who will continue the struggle. Cooperatives that are supposed to be the pillars of economics in Indonesia seem to have received less interest from the millennial generation to join them. This research was conducted to detail the perception and interest of millennials in the cooperative system. The research method was carried out with a survey approach to 70 respondents with an age range of 18-25 years and living around DKI Jakarta. The data was then tabulated and analyzed descriptively qualitatively presented in the form of percentages. The results of the study reveal that millennials' interest in becoming members of cooperatives is very low. This is formed from the perception of those who view cooperatives as old, outdated, and not modern organizations. Respondents' perceptions of the ideology of cooperatives and how the sustainability of cooperatives will be in the future have positive results, meaning that the chances of cooperatives winning the hearts of millennials are quite large. It's just that the system needs to be reformed, the cooperative's image is updated to be more modern, and the cooperative's business model is adjusted to the millennial self-image itself.

Penerus bangsa adalah harapan bagi warga mendukung tanah air tercinta sebagai simbol nasionalisme membudayakan budaya bangsa dengan jejaring yang luas. Pemuda dimasa sekarang merupakan tonggak tajam warga Negara sebagai pemimpin dimasa yang akan datang. Eksistensi era milenial membuat pikiran orang orang jadi lebih berkembang berkat bantuan teknologi semakin merajalela membantu kualitas pikiran manusia. Banyak pemuda sekarang memperjuangkan jalan rasional mereka untuk melibatkan rasa tanggungjawabnya apa yang sudah mereka peroleh. Jejak pemuda milenial menjadikan pembelajaran rasa pikiran kritis dengan tingkat sosial tinggi. Rasa kritis dan optimis pemuda terjun dengan peran yang penting sebagai penegak bangsa. Pikiran yang dipenuhi digitalisasi dan pengetahuan sosial menekankan tingkat persaudaraan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat untuk berwirausaha generasi milenial dengan <em>perceived desirability </em>dan <em>perceived feasibilty</em> sebagai faktor mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 62 responden. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan <em>Partial Least Square </em>(PLS) dengan perangkat lunak <em>warpPLS </em>versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak mempengaruhi secara langsung minat untuk berwirausaha pada generasi milenial, tetapi minat untuk berwirausaha muncul ketika mendapatkan pendidikan dan mereka mempunyai keinginan (desirability) serta mampu mengelola (<em>feasibility</em>) kemampuan tersebut untuk berwirausaha.

Petani terlonta-lonta di negeri lumbung padi", mungkin ungkapan tersebut sesuai dengan keadaan yang dialami para petani Indonesia sekarang ini. Data pada survey pertanian (SP) di tahun 1993 memperlihatkan jumlah petani gurem ada 10,9 juta keluarga, sedangkan pada SP 2003 angka itu naik menjadi 13,7 juta keluarga, bertambah 3,8 juta keluarga dalam 10 tahun. Di Pulau Jawa, dari setiap empat petani, tiga adalah petani gurem (Kompas, 16/05/2013). Meningkatnya jumlah petani gurem dan buruh tani tersebut menjadi penyebab meningkatnya kemiskinan di desa . Peningkatan jumlah petani gurem tersebut pasti akan melonjak tajam pada SP 2013 ini. Data sementara SP 2013 menunjukan bahwa dari 31,17 juta rumah tangga pertanian pada SP 2003, menagalami penurunan menjadi hanya 26,13 juta rumah tangga pada SP 2013, atau selama 10 tahun Indonesia kehilangan 5,07 juta rumah tangga petani.

This study aims to study and reveal the entrepreneurial behavior of the millennial generation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a study with a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and completed with interviews with millennials who have businesses, in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of entrepreneurial behavior. There are four aspects measured in this study, namely entrepreneurial interest, creativity, innovation, and product marketing strategies carried out by millennials during the COVID-19 pandemic.
