The dynamic of Mass Organization’s research purpose to describe the reality problem of Mass Organization in Indonesia. Describing the urgency of government and society’s paradigm about Perpu of Mass Organization No.20 year 2017 which replace the current law UU No. 17 year 2013 that passed to be law. This research used quantitative method with the purpose to get the information deeply and complete in wide aspect about dynamics Perpu of Mass Organization in Indonesia.The result of this research shows that with the changing of Perpu to be Law No. 2 Year 2017 is one of government’s effort to keep the stability of Unitary State Republic of Indonesia.
