Для геомониторинговых технологий контроля химических элементов в почве апробирован современный высокоточный физический метод -ионно-фотонная спектроскопия. Определены основные количественные характеристики, которые указывают на высокую чувствительность метода к тяжелым металлам.

Сборник «Исторические мидраши Северного Причерноморья» построен на материалах VII-й международной научно-практической конференции «Исторические мидраши Северного Причерноморья», которая состоялась 24-26 апреля 2018 года в Николаевском национальном университете имени В.А. Сухомлинского и была посвящена теме: «Украинско-еврейские отношения: исторические нарративы и проблемы памяти». Том I содержит статьи по направлениям: евреи Украины в годы Второй мировой войны;. выдающиеся евреи Николаевщины: биографические очерки; гуманитарный аспект (педагогика, социология, философия, политология, культурология, право).

До збірника включені матеріали виступів наукових співробітників, викладачів, аспірантів, магістрантів, студентів, які брали участь у Всеукраїнській науковій конференції «Творення нових соціальних порядків в умовах російсько-української війни» (Львів, 5 квітня 2023 р.). Збірник містить матеріали секцій «Соціологічна наука та сучасне суспільство: теоретизування й емпіричні дослідження на тлі війни»; «Парадигма миру та війни для світу й України: дискурс нових порядків»; «Громадські та владні ініціативи в умовах війни: досвід, реалії, перспективи»; «Міграційна ситуація в Україні: нові соціальні групи, практики та локально/глобалізаційні виклики». КУБАТУРНЫЕ ФОРМУЛЫ С МИНИМАЛЬНЫМ ЧИСЛОМ УЗЛОВ ДЛЯ ПАРАБОЛИЧЕСКИХ ОБЛАСТЕЙ, 2023

Задача о построении кубатурной формулы в алгебраической постановке для ограниченной области заключается в следующем. Требуется найти коэффициенты кубатурной формулы при заданной системе узлов таким образом, чтобы она была точна на всех многочленах из пространства многочленов, при возможно большем степени многочленов. Таким образом, мы считаем качество кубатурной формулы тем выше, чем больше размерность пространства многочленов, на которых эта формула точна. В настоящей работе с использованием метода неопределенных коэффициентов построена кубатурная формула пятой степени точности с производными кубатурной формулы с минимальным числом узлов для параболических областей

ON TWO IRSHADS – NISBATNOMAI KHwAJAGON NAKSHBANDIA, 2018

One of the largest ishans in Karakalpakstan in the 19th century was Ai Muhammad ishan (among the people of Aimbet ishan, his mosque-madrasah is located on the territory of the Chimbay district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan). The genealogy of descendants is associated with the legendary Aryslan-Bap in the 24-25th generation. According to the Sufi silsila - “nisbatnomai-hojagon” - Aimbet Ishan belongs to the Naqshbandia order and was the murid of Uldan Caliph Bulgari Khorazmiy - one of the students, and possibly the son of the famous Muhammad Sharif Ishan Bulgari Khorazmiy. This document (irshad) was given by Aimbet Ishan himself to his son Inayatullah Ishan.

The hotel and restaurant industry, which are part of the tourist business in the Bulgarian rural municipalities, have become the „economic sectors“ that report a large growth in employment and an increase in non-financial enterprises in recent years. At the beginning of the 21st century, due to poorly developed socio-economic activities and deteriorated infrastructure, the population of rural areas of the country with their economic activities did not fall under the lens of a sustainable business model. Today we can already say that the rural territory has a new look and prospects, the villages can now show a new quality of life, competitiveness and development, precisely thanks to two key sub-sectors: hotel and restaurant industry, which are the basis of tourism. The environment of the Bulgarian village (rural areas), the natural features, the clear origin of food products, local traditions and culture, are a socio-economic basis for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in tourism and agriculture. The local business, built on the basis of the above-mentioned socio-economic activities, is the basis of formation and preservation of BDS in the rural areas of the South Central Region. The development includes a wide range of research methods, based on representative results of NSI, results of empirical sociological research, internet sources and graphic method. The scientific research proves that it is the hotel and restaurant industry, which are part of tourism that are a perspective basis for the development of the Bulgarian rural municipalities.

Abstract: Kosovo Constitutional Court was one of the most engaged institutions whose decisions had a very big political and social impact. Its decisions covered various fields of Kosovo life, whereas some of them became subject of very many discussions in political and academic life of Kosovo. Two times Kosovo Presidents were removed from their positions by the decisions of Kosovo Constitutional Court, while the definition of the parliamentary majority continues to be criticized as politically very influenced decision. Author with this paper using the combined methodology with the methods of: political analysis, systemic analysis, historical analysis, legal analysis, comparison, etc., will describe the legal basis of court decision and the court work and will make an analysis of some of the most discussed decision which had a political and social impact in Kosovo. Conclusions and recommendations are expected to serve the further debate regarding courts and the nature of its decisions. Keywords: court, constitutional, decision, nature, legal.
