The Term social entrepreneurs became recently a phenomenon in the scholars' researches, after Dr. Yunus's Nobel Prize, many people became very optimistic about the future of the world's development depending on the social entrepreneurs; some refer to it as the way of how to eliminate poverty and unemployment. So what is the definition of social entrepreneurs? The answer to this question is the main focus of chapter one. The definition of social entrepreneurs, their place in the society, the differences between social entrepreneurs and social activists, the boundaries of social entrepreneurs and the skills that distinguish them as social entrepreneurs. Although this is not the purpose of this toolkit, the real purpose is to encourage the readers to create social ventures that support social entrepreneurs, by understanding the conditions that create social entrepreneurs, their needs and their effects. Readers will be able to help their societies by encouraging social entrepreneurship . The focus of the second chapter is the process of social enterprise venture formation, the impact of social entrepreneurs in: the society, the employment development level, the innovation of new services, the enlargement of the social capital, the equity promotion and the fulfillment of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). After finishing the second chapter, readers should have theoretically the ability to foster and encourage social entrepreneurship. Since in practice there are some differences in the third chapter, readers will find case studies for social entrepreneurship creation ventures, such as Ashoka, B-school Elective Course and Blueprint Workshops.

Social Entrepreneurship is undoubtedly a very promising avenue for effecting social change. But the very efficiency that is its hallmark is also a critical cause for concern. Social Entrepreneurs are an individual who has innovative solutions to the society's most pressing social problems; they are ambitious in tackling any major issues and ready to work on any new challenges. The development in social Entrepreneurship will solve the problems prevailing in the society which is completely ignored by commercial and government enterprises. Muhammad Yunus being an example for other social entrepreneurs, how to be a successful entrepreneur, who is worked, has a founder and manager of Grameen Bank lead a new path in Social Entrepreneurship, and he is awarded with Nobel Peace Prize, his contribution being a motivation factor for many social Entrepreneurs. Countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other countries facing many issues and challenges for the development of social entrepreneurs. This paper highlights meaning of social entrepreneurship, the difference between social entrepreneurship and other entrepreneurship, Qualities of successful entrepreneurs and the Challenges and issues faced by the Social Entrepreneurs.

Social entrepreneurship has drawn interest from global policy makers and social entrepreneurs to target developing countries. Third World countries are seen as least developing countries, especially those with a widespread poverty. There are 137 of these countries and they are spread all over the world. Even countries like Brazil or China which are newly industrialized have problems with caring for their citizens. The problem at hand raises the need of a solution. Social entrepreneurship is a social initiative which can be organized without economic profit. Creativity is the key to practice social entrepreneurship. Social entrepreneurship is a prosperous field and is a combination of traditional entrepreneurship with the commitment of an entrepreneur which aims to create social value and to beneficially change society. The practice can improve the life of many people. Social entrepreneurship and its literature are mainly focused on the Western World. It is not coincidental that social entrepreneurship is popular in the Western World. By the way of contrast, this thesis sheds light on the practice of social entrepreneurship in Third World countries and contributes to the literature in this particular area. Furthermore, insights in the role from the Western World in contributing to social entrepreneurship in Third World countries will be given. The aim of this thesis is to find how social entrepreneurship can be encouraged in Third World countries, as it will be essential in the nearby future. When entrepreneurs are eager to practice social entrepreneurship the society as a whole becomes better. Social entrepreneurship education boosts the motivation to become socially active. Furthermore, collaboration with institutions are of great value as is the involvement with local organizations. Creating awareness in these countries also is a major factor that stimulates social entrepreneurship in Third World countries. Western World entrepreneurs also can play a great role by teaching and sharing their ideas with Third World entrepreneurs. On a final note, there is also help needed in implementing a business model which successfully sustains development. Low-risk social investments can be used in combination with the Social Entrepreneurship community Schwab. Integrating social entrepreneurship in a non-profit organization can be done in three ways either embedded, integrated or external. Future social entrepreneurs should look further than in their own region and should orientate worldwide.
The term social entrepreneurship is viewed as the creation of innovative solutions to persistent social problems. It is the application of innovation and imagination of entrepreneurship for social good, rather than private wealth creation. Social entrepreneurship is an approach by individuals, groups, start-up companies or entrepreneurs, in which they develop, fund and implement solutions to social or environmental issues. This concept may be applicable to a large of organizations, which differ in size, aims, and beliefs. A social entrepreneur also lookup to address disparity in such availability, the fundamental cause behind such societal problems, associated with being a residents of such communities. The main motive of a social entrepreneur is not make only profit, but also to get widespread improvements in society. However, a social entrepreneur should still be financially stable to succeed in his or her cause. It is assumed that the behaviour of these special leaders hold to address social problems is what makes them entrepreneurial. Anew, makes the difference between a business leader and a social leader is actually the action they do. While many entrepreneurs are stimulated by the potential to earn a profit, the profit motive does not avert the ordinary entrepreneur from having a favourable influence on society. Social entrepreneurship in India is greatly affected by the moral values, critical thinking of one self, culture, beliefs and socioeconomic background. The paper shall discuss about the existence of social entrepreneurship in India with its great necessity and prevalence and its perspective in India with case studies.

Social entrepreneurship in recent times has gained importance as a means to meet social and economic needs of the poor globally. However, in spite of it’s increasing popularity as a concept, there is no consensus among academics and practitioners when it comes to formulating one common definition on the topic which may be acceptable to all as it means different things to different people. The current article tries to analyse the literature available on the subject, exploring it’s theoretical and conceptual framework which helps to understand the phenomena of social entrepreneurship and its role, importance and applicability in the modern society.
