FAMILY AND SOCIETY: CONCEPTS, CONFLICTS AND ESTAGNATION OF VALUES., 2015

This article aims not only to make a brief context of family models, but also to demonstrate the importance of respect, to the choices and ways of living of the neighbor, since the concept of family should be treated without stigmatizing, that is, the work developed stresses the awareness of the society about the need to intervene when necessary in cases of negligence and violence, to witness or take cognizance independently of family formation. The bibliographic methodology was developed, through periodicals, books, and also, through access to sources made available on the Internet.

ANÁLISE E AVALIAÇÃO DE PROPOSTA DE IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE PROCESSO DE AMADURECIMENTO ORGANIZACIONAL EM GERENCIAMENTO DE PROJETOS, 2007

This work presents one case of application of the OPM3, showing the assessment of an organization and offering an action plan based in the Best Practices as the assessment Outcome. The theoretical reference justifies the importance of organizational project management and the need of its Improvement. To increase the maturity of the organization three organizational project maturity models are shown and the OPM3 is detailed. One talks about the several concepts used by the OPM3, understanding the reasons of the Outcomes in the action plan proposed. Through the verification in loco of the facilities, processes, practices, and interviews with manager of the organization, it was outlined the basic profile of the organization, and a partial vision of the external environment, mainly about cultural difficulties and the lack of qualified professionals. However, when the organization is going to deal with its future goals, more information about the political and economical environment are needed to minimize the risks. Eventually, based in the characteristics of the organization, an action plan is delivered as an outcome, that shows ways to achieve the organization goals. This way has possibilities that allows the organization to change the current level of management project , until achieving a level of maturity coherent with its aspirations being responsible and respecting the organization and the environment limits. The purpose of this work is register deployments occurred from 1996 until 2011 SMALL project CITIZEN and library OTTAVIANO DE FIORE, documenting their actions and intentions transparent to assist children and adolescents, providing real opportunities for improvement in their lives. Through reports and interviews with former employees, active employees, alumni, students and community, which can contribute to enrich this work as a record of fifteen years that the project assists children and adolescents, providing activities on citizenship. Despite the difficulties in working in customer service target audience of this project, note that the expected result was reached and that we contribute to become active citizens, participatory and looking to do something by the world in which they live, being useful, performing their dreams, different dreams, is rewarding. Certainly, for those who participate as educators of this project, feel in your walk her idealization and carried their dreams something achievable.
