Abstract: Has been mentioned and analyzed in numerous studies in our country as abroad the many ways of adaptation to the prison environment that the prisoners adopt to neutralize the damage caused by the privation of freedom. One in these ways of surviving in prison, in Chile, is constituted by the Prison Evangelical Church (PEC) about which have not been carried out systematic studies, so alone some reports elaborated by journalists attracted by their picturesque behavior. It was looked for describe and to analyze this way of adaptation in some penal units by means of information emanated from his inside, collected and analyzed by the author, an inmate – researcher elaborating this thesis to achieve the title of sociologist in the Catholic University of Chile. So much the delictual behaviour like the diverse ways of adaptation to the life in prison of the inmate members of the PEC was analyzed by the light of some classics sociological theories culminating with the application of the Rational Choice Theory considered the most appropriate to give bill of the general delictual behavior as well as in the particular ways of adaptation to the prison. The description and analysis of that observed and lived by the author was supplemented by some half structured interviews with the purpose of illustrating the motivations to enter or to desert of this church that manifest his participants. The main conclusion was that this behavior seeming “religious” of the PEC is mostly instrumental in his reasons to become part of it or lo leave it, and is usually associated to the level of danger atmosphere of the prison. In turn this level of danger depends mainly of the control level over the inmates exercised by the guards. Key words: Crime, Prison, Prisoner's Damage, Adaptation, Instrumentality.

ii Nanowaste is a nanosized waste generated during the production and distribution of nanomaterials or at the end of the lifecycle of nanoproducts. In this project, the nanowaste (pure) from manufacturing processes of nanomaterials (WO3 -MoO3 and WOX) was studied, specifically of two synthesis techniques derived from physical vapor deposition (CSVT and HFCVD). These residues were characterized by SEM and XRD techniques. In the case of WO3 -MoO3, it was explored its possible use as N2 adsorption material. For the second case (WOX) different reuse applications were used like gas adsorption, photodegradation of organic matter and the catalytic oxidation of soot. The results showed that nanowaste recycling is a viable proposition and that each nanowaste should have a characterization study to determine the best management alternative.

"REBASADO EN SUS FUNCIONES" INTRODUCIÓN El artículo 115 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, señala que "…Los Estados establecerán para su régimen interior, la forma de gobierno republicano, representativo, popular, teniendo como base de su división territorial y de su organización política y administrativa el municipio libre…", el cual estará investido de personalidad jurídica y manejará su patrimonio propio. Es así como el municipio constituye un elemento fundamental puesto que se dota de facultades expresadas puntualmente en la carta Magna, sin embargo resulta visible que este ha sido rebasado por diversas causas y en su totalidad ha comenzado de manera sistemática a incumplir con sus funciones, lo que repercute evidentemente en la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos y por consiguiente en el ejercicio efectivo de los derechos humanos. La presente investigación incluye una breve reseña histórica del municipio de Cuernavaca y una perspectiva actual que evidencia el planteamiento del párrafo que antecede, es de subrayar que las causas son multifactoriales y las soluciones diversas, sin embargo, al momento las acciones se vislumbran varadas. Derivado de que mi investigación para la obtención del grado de doctor, se centra en un estudio enfocado al ejercicio del derecho humano al agua, al final de la presente investigación se focaliza la problemática, tomando como alternativa la implementación de una "Política Pública".
