Isidoro Segovia Álex, directores de la presente tesis doctoral, por su paciencia en el seguimiento de un largo proceso de formación investigadora y de culminación del trabajo de investigación. Su disponibilidad siempre que hacía falta, su apoyo, aliento, su comprensión y sus orientaciones me han mantenido en el esfuerzo. Sus investigaciones sobre problemas de estructura multiplicativa y sobre estimación inspiraron la mía a partes iguales. Gracias a todos los miembros del Grupo de Pensamiento Numérico Algebraico (PNA), perteneciente a la Sociedad Española de Investigación en Educación Matemática (SEIEM). Las investigaciones que se han desarrollado en el seno de dicho grupo han contribuido decisivamente en mi formación investigadora a lo largo de los últimos años. Las distintas reuniones del Grupo PNA, desde Palencia (2001), en la que realicé mi primera presentación, previa a la lectura de la memoria de tercer ciclo, hasta la última, celebrada en Granada (2011), han posibilitado el debate y el progresivo afinamiento de muchas de las ideas que se aportan en esta tesis.

A improvement's plan, effective and efficient, allows optimal policies and correct actions. Pertinent evaluation, teacher's continuous formation, do (novelty) and adapt (innovate), pedagogy and didactics; new technology of information and communication; proyects's tracking; analyzing and feedback of conclusions; investigate in camp; documenting of succesful stages; submit and divulge good practices. All are parts of vital transcendence that, integrated in a fair harmony, in a complete synergy, are the answer for improve the quality of the academic gestion. The present proposal is synthesis of the concretion that frames this innovative metodology, in aplied pedagogy, like integrative answer and intellectual continuation of the contemporary development in the middle education. the method is supported in areas where interested the relationship student-teacher. their specific caracteristics (processes) allows classify it like a plan of institucional improved, for the academic gestion on the middle education. For improve the achieved reaches, was developed the proposed methodologies with all the students in the eleventh grade of the public educational institutions of the Puerto Triunfo Municipality, Antioquia. The work was focused in the areas of the language, maths and social science, innovating pedagogic and didactic. At the end of the report, is estimated the statistic correlation that exist between the results obtained for the students into the process and their corresponding results of the SABER 11 test (Year 2014).
