Efficient management of human resources is the key to success for any organization, regardless of size and market segment. The educational institution where this research was conducted is currently carrying out the evaluation and development of its staff, seeking thereby to increase the competitiveness in relation to competition. A tool that helps organizations discover their strengths and weaknesses is the Strategic Planning. This tool must be built on the needs of the organization at all levels, involving all employees, by making them participate actively in both the construction and its implementation, and feel part of the project. The results of the evaluation of the employees' motivation, satisfaction and commitment levels, based on the guidelines established in Strategic Planning, will serve as a complementary tool to the development plan of this institution.

This work presents one case of application of the OPM3, showing the assessment of an organization and offering an action plan based in the Best Practices as the assessment Outcome. The theoretical reference justifies the importance of organizational project management and the need of its Improvement. To increase the maturity of the organization three organizational project maturity models are shown and the OPM3 is detailed. One talks about the several concepts used by the OPM3, understanding the reasons of the Outcomes in the action plan proposed. Through the verification in loco of the facilities, processes, practices, and interviews with manager of the organization, it was outlined the basic profile of the organization, and a partial vision of the external environment, mainly about cultural difficulties and the lack of qualified professionals. However, when the organization is going to deal with its future goals, more information about the political and economical environment are needed to minimize the risks. Eventually, based in the characteristics of the organization, an action plan is delivered as an outcome, that shows ways to achieve the organization goals. This way has possibilities that allows the organization to change the current level of management project , until achieving a level of maturity coherent with its aspirations being responsible and respecting the organization and the environment limits. The constant evolution and globalization in all segments, makes us live connected daily, mainly in search of more knowledge and also, to be attentive to everything that is happening in the world, in the ambit of politics, sport, fashion among others ... And Online education, is today a huge area of investment and rapid development for postsecondary education, as well as professional and in-service training. However, the definition of online education is far from clear and does not represent a specific pedagogy or standard, but includes antithetical and diversified definitions such as distance education. The understanding of the concept of online education goes through debates about the many antithetical terms that surround it, which we use as expression of meanings, instead of subcategories, the areas of pedagogy that are involved in this process and the epistemologies that support them. In this article, we propose a presentation of a broad theoretical horizon and a pedagogy of Online Collaborative Learning that gives the performance of the human capacity to reason even more, as opposed to the coercion shown by the growth of Artificial Intelligence and its usefulness in the area of education. To do so, we present the concept of Online Education, its historical, theoretical, epistemological and technological background and its extraordinary field of pedagogical visualization to confirm how indispensable it is to channel the power of online education to increase the performance of man and generalized knowledge.

Currently there is a growing concern in the construction industry with the performance, and then changes the quality parameters . The NBR 15,575 Buildings Housing - Performance (ABNT, 2013) entered into force recently in Brazil. Due to its high complexity and scope, its implementation has been characterized as a slow and fraught process difficulties. The application of the standard will only bring benefits to all stakeholders, and especially for consumers. The objective of this work was to diagnose the implementation of the standard in the city of Belém do Pará, in construction companies , identifying improvements and difficulties encountered in the application of ISO 15,575 / 2013. For this, we developed a questionnaire with open questions. 10 professionals from different companies were interviewed. However, only 2 of the companies are following the norm. Therefore, the research sought to propose solutions to all companies will follow the norm.

Há muito tempo o aluguel de carro foi tradicionalmente elaborado por corporações com transporte próprios, com o avanço da tecnologia o mercado passou-se por grandes mudanças e induzindo a acessibilidade e facilidade de acesso, com a internet e aplicativos moveis, cresce um novo mercado de aluguel de carro conhecido como carsharing, aonde a locação se tornou ainda mais acessível e eficiente, reduzindo a emissão de poluente, com esse nicho tão recente, surge novas empresas em lugares limitados especialmente no Brasil, que nasce a necessidade de expansão do projeto, para isso é imprescindível o desenvolvimento de uma identidade da marca que esteja alinhada nessa ampliação. Tende em mente esse problema, o objetivo desse trabalho é elaborar um estudo preliminar de uma identidade visual que será fundamental para posicionamento do mesmo. Com o auxílio da metodologia buscando informações visando entender esse mercado.
