Recently, The world has witnessed a food price rise for many factors which had led to the gap between production and consumption, save and investment, and growing humanitarian needs and the relative scarcity of resources, in general, agricultural land in particular. So, this research aimed to focus on some basic determents which led to raising the main food basket in the world generally, and in Syria particularly. During Climatic Changes, Disasters and wars, Strategy for bio-fuel and energy prices, Government policies and exchange rate, demographic and eating habits change .And give some Thoughts which can use to avoidance the crisis affect in achieving the food security from side, and market stability from other side.
