AŞÇILARIN MESLEKİ ÖZERKLİKLERİ İLE YARATICILIK SÜRECİ İLİŞKİSİ

The present study aims to determine the effects of chefs’ job autonomy upon the stages of the creativity process. For this purpose, after a detailed scanned of literature, quantitative method adopted and a questionnaire established to determine job autonomy and creativity process. Data were collected from 391 professional chefs with the help of professional chef associations. By analysis of the obtained data, two dimensions forming the job autonomy and four stages constitute the creative process has been reached. According to the study results, job autonomy provided for the chefs is more effective on their creativity process than their ability to behave autonomously.
