Grand master PuMa Tse tours the human condition in human terms: from wild humans to the nature of nations and religions. The master guides through processes of personal evolution, showing how subjective and objective realities form one progressive system ranging from pure fantasy through the world of illusions to understanding the nature of ultimate reality. The master defines and maps stages and rankings of mastery through para-nirvana as never before, detailing progressive forms of meditation from introductory meditations with and without object to theta meditation into enlightenment, and the nature of pervasive meditations of masters thereafter. Includes select quips about dreams, ego, habits, happiness, humanity, illusions, living, mastery, money, nature, society, soul, and spirit. Also includes an open letter encouraging personal evolution as a way to make real difference in the world despite its insanity.

THIỀN TRONG ĐẠO PHẬT - ZEN IN BUDDHISM VOL 2, 2018
In short, no matter how talented, no one can really describe the essential nature of Zen. This book is only designed to give readers the simpliest and practiceable methods for any Buddhists who want to cultivate, especially lay people. Hoping it will be able to show us the essentials and cores of the Buddha’s teaching on Zen. The original followers of Zen in China, Vietnam and Japan would embark upon their own spiritual journeys by simply choosing a teacher and with faith and trust they would patiently surrender to his wisdom. Then find for ourselves our own way of Zen in daily life. Like it or not, this very moment is all we really have to work with; however, most of us always forget what we are in. Hoping that we are able to apply meditation and contemplation in our daily activities so that we are able to to live our very moment so that we don’t lose touch with ourselves, so that we are able to accept the truth of this moment of our life, learn from it and move on in our real life.
