The story of humans is essentially a story of intellectual evolution. It is time to write the next chapter in this. Cities, Universities, Companies, government polity, the very manner of our frameworks and systems will witness great change. Breaking free from archaic and previous century systems is an imperative to have any future. This short paper is the prelude to the ongoing master concepts of Metavergence.
The current systems, government, cities, universities and way of things give way to an advanced new age of Intellect. of Metavergence. This support paper has 3 sections that serve as support to the First paper - Prelude to Metavergence. Section1 - The end of the line ; Section 2 - Into the New. Things are going to change. Very significantly. Intellect defines all. Section 3- Extraordinary Systems and Dynamics for MEtavergence. Key features of the new age. New dynamics, Advanced Frames, Temporary structures and Meta Functions. The AEUM and the COVIS. The future university, and the future City. Starting features of these new generation of systems. Dilmeet Grewal.
This article presents a general theory of the evolution of the evolutionary mechanisms that discover and perpetuate adaptations in living systems. I propose that new evolutionary mechanisms arise because they overcome the limitation in the ability of evolutionary mechanisms that operate at the level of individual entities to systematically discover beneficial cooperative arrangements between the individuals. Evolutionary mechanisms that arise to overcome this limitation are hierarchical in structure. This is because the limitation can be comprehensively overcome by a form of organization in which arrangements intervene across a dynamic of individuals to sustain beneficial cooperative adaptations. These intervening arrangements must be in hierarchical relationship with the dynamic of interacting individuals if they are to escape the limitations of the evolutionary processes that operate at the level of individuals in the dynamic. Variation in these interventions, and sorting of this variation on the basis of its benefit to the organization, will allow beneficial cooperative adaptations to be discovered and sustained. The repeated arising of evolutionary mechanisms in this way produces the familiar nested hierarchies of living processes, and, as each new level of organization is formed, extends the scope in space and time of cooperation among living processes. The paper identifies other key metaevolutionary trends within and across levels of organization of living processes, and considers the evolution of human organization from this metaevolutionary perspective.

Instead of Abstract: The concept of metamodernism suggests a step forward, or rather beyond modernism and postmodernism, surpassing both of them. It designates the attempts to outrun the ideological and cultural tendencies of post-capitalist and post-communist societies and paradigms. It can be safely said that its integrated outlook has been heralded by Ortega y Gasset's protests against the barbarism of extreme specialization, by several encyclopedic minds of the mid-20th century and by the pluralism of interdisciplinary investigation. As a global phenomenon, metamodernism represents the result of cultural mechanisms of self-defense and self- adjustment that bring about an age of globalization and holistic approaches after an age of excessive specialization. As opposed to postmodernism, which has been equated with the cult of artificiality (Calinescu, 1987) and the loss of innocence (Eco, 1984), metamodernism represents the worship of the natural, the innocent and simple. Moreover, contrary to modernist (Huysmans, 1928) and postmodernist belief in determining nature to deviate from its norms (Calinescu, 1987), metamodernism stands for an attempt to investigate (and appropriate) the laws of nature, society etc., to understand them and to act in agreement with the coordinates of inner and outer nature. Rejecting the aberrant, metamodernism seeks the beauty of the unsophisticated, and repels the kitsch satisfactions provided by the means of mechanical reproduction (Calinescu, 1987; McHale, 1992). Postmodern mediated lives (by TV, computers or cyberspace; McHale, 1992) are being gradually replaced by the metamodern search for unmediated experience, as hinted at by Andrei Codrescu in Messi@h, The Dog with the Chip in His Neck (1996) and Zombification (1994). Metamodernism brings about several changes in the postmodern outlook: The modern concept of time as a line stretching from a beginning towards the future (pictured as ‘the arrow of time’) and bound to reach some final stage, allegedly following a certain progressive course of development, is being gradually replaced by a concept of time seen as a spiral. Thus, the end of history (Fukuyama, 1992), a postulate of postmodernism, may be contrasted with the metamodern postulation of an open world (Prigogine, 1991).

Metamodernism is a new moment in philosophy, art, literature, fashion, photography, economics, politics and other spheres of human activities. It is expressed through variety of mindsets, practices, forms and genres. Its prerequisites were Modernist and Postmodernist movements, the roots of which were found in the early XIX and then in the midst of the XX century. Metamodernism comprises changes and oscillations in style and manner of thinking and behavior. The prefix meta is a term of Greek origin and means "after, between, beyond" that is Metamodernism is a movement that emerged and covered the period after Postmodernism. Its features completely distinguish from its predecessor: Metamodernism is serious, sincere, it oscillates from one polarity to another, between diametrically opposed ideas, like enthusiasm and irony, naivety and knowingness, totality and fragmentation, bright and plain and so on, whereas Postmodernism is playful, insincere, unsteady and ironic. Robin van den Akker and Timotheus Vermeulen, the researchers from the Netherlands, describe Metamodernism as a nonstop action, a "constant repositioning" between position and mindsets, something like a "pendulum swinging" between the above mentioned polarities. The article is a quick review of identity of Metamodernism in culture, particularly, in poetry and architecture, as these fields give an easier chance to see the characteristic features of the movement and its results in the development of the XXI century culture more distinctly.
Anthropological Measurements of Philosophical Research, 2020
The research is based on the comprehension of the anthropological tendencies of the metamodernism, which presupposes the consistent solution of the following tasks: a) explication of the content of postpostmodernism in modern philosophical literature; b) identification of the ideological basis of metamodernism anthropology; c) characteristics of the problem field of metamodernism anthropology and the state of man in the modern era. Theoretical basis. Anthropology of the metamodernism for the first time defines socio-cultural context through the hesitative state between the values of modernism and their rejection by the postmodernism, which makes it possible to formulate the peculiarity of the time as a desire to reconstruct a Holistic Man, impartial to the dominant worldview attitudes of a social nature. Anthropology of the metamodernism is presented as the individualization of the socio-cultural space in the form of human self-reconstruction at all anthropological levels. An era without an unambiguously expressed moral guideline is based on the ethics of all-acceptance, the only justification of which is the existence of a universal right to beingness. Digitalization as a process of digital transformation of society creates conditions for the value realization of the free choice of metamodernism man, through which a Holistic Man is accomplished. Originality. It is substantiated that metamodernism as a descriptive position of the modern cultural dominant of the digitalized era is characterized by a state of hesitation between the values of modernism and postmodernism. The anthropology of the metamodernism manifests itself in the form of the reconstruction of the holistic man and the self-reconstruction of the inner man. The peculiarities of the human metamodernism are recognized as the mutual complete determinability of the individual and the mass. Conclusions. Metamodernism is the formulation of the problem of a man in a new perspective: what to be and how to survive between the extremes of semantic poles, without losing dignity and unique intrinsic value. Proceeding from this, the fate of a metamodernism man is determined in pursuit of the endlessly receding horizons of the anthropology of incompleteness, which is carried out through post-irony, naive sincerity, optimistic openness to the world.

Who are we? What are we? We see differences in behavior between people of different cultures, in people born at different times - but, how do these differences change over time? We note how, throughout history, a mutation of the zeitgeist, the spirit of time, happens - without this meaning any historicist implication. Basically these are the questions that led to the elaboration of the text The Metamorphosis of Culture: a brief reflection on the principles of mutation of culture, as an alive organism.
