The examples of their narratives show some of their perceptions regarding: the initial and postgraduate academic training for labor, family - husband, children- and traditional roles or tending to change, articulated to the public and private environments in which they perform. The stories reveal behavioral patterns and mechanisms from which has been fostered and maintained a more traditional differentiation than tending to change between female and male performances, while social mandate, has forced participants to be mothers and / or wives before-academic female researchers.
