LA ACCIÓN CAUSAL

La relacion de causalidad es uno de los elementos centrales de la responsabilidad civil, por lo que su estudio y conocimiento es trascendental para comprender los alcances de dicha responsabilidad.

No hay nada más cotidiano, imprescindible e ineludible y, a la vez, más desagradable para no pocos seres humanos, que tomar decisiones. Tanto es así, que los mayores esfuerzos y artificios con la que la gente trata -a menudo con éxito-de engañarse a sí misma, van encaminados precisamente a disimular las decisiones que toma cotidianamente y, por consiguiente, a desentenderse de la responsabilidad que toda decisión conlleva.

A veces se argumenta que la accion tiene primacia sobre la cau salidad. Esto se puede entender de dos maneras: que la causalidad es una proyeccion de la accion al ambito natural o que la causalidad presupone un agente que actua. Defiendo que la primera tesis es falsa y que la segun da solo liene sentido desde una teoria realista de las causas.

RESUMEN El artículo pretende mostrar cómo en todo acto de fundación se sucede una pérdida, un resto que se pretende olvidar desde los múltiples discursos humanos, incluido el científico; empero, eso que resta y que se pretende olvidar es precisamente lo que retorna para descompletar, para desajustar la imaginaria completitud del ser de deseantes. Dicho retorno y la operación de resta, de des-completitud, es lo que genera la angustia, connatural al registro de lo simbólico. Para comprender este sentimiento y el movimiento de la fundación humana, Lacan crea en su algebra el "a", operador de la causa y objeto mismo que se mueve en el registro de lo real. THE ANGST BY THE CAUSE Summary The present work tries to show how after every foundation act a loss appears, a memory that they pretend to forget from various human speeches, including scientific discourse; nevertheless, this that continue and is expected to be forgot is exactly what return to make incomplete, to disarrange the completeness imaginary of the desire person. Mentioned return and subtraction operation, of un-completeness, is the generator factor of angst, inherent to the symbolic record. Understanding this feeling and the movement of the human foundation, Lacan creates the "a" in his algebra, cause operator and object by itself that moves inside the real record. L'ANGOISSE POUR LA CAUSE Résumé Cet article prétend montrer comment dans tout acte de fondation arrive une perte, un reste que l'on prétend oublier dès multiples discours humains, le scientifique inclus. Néanmoins, ce qui reste et que l'on prétend oublier c'est précisément ce qui retourne pour rendre incomplet, pour désajuster l'imaginaire complétude de l'être de désirants. Ledit retour et l'opération de soustraction, de rendre incomplet, est ce qui entraîne l'angoisse, connaturel au registre du symbolique. Afin de comprendre ce sentiment et le mouvement de la fondation humaine, Lacan crée dans son algèbre le « a », opérateur de la cause et objet même, qui bouge dans le registre du réel. The effect of causal connectivity, conversational role of the speaker, and source of the statement in the recall of conversations Abstract The importance of the causal connections among statements in the recall of written and spoken discourse by readers and listeners has been highlighted by studies on discourse comprehension . The importance of the conversational role of the speaker that produces each statement, and the possession of a coherent version of an event has been highlighted by studies on the construction of the memory representation of a conversation . The purpose of this study was to explore the interplay among the causal connectivity of the statements (zero, low or high), the source of each statement (a version of a story -a group conversation) and the conversational role of the speaker that produces each statement (narrator-non narrator) in the recall of the conversation. Results indicated that the causal connectivity of the statements, their source and the conversational role of the speaker have an effect on the probability of a statement being recalled later.

La acción tutorial es una parte muy importante de la función docente, no sólo Hoy más que nunca la atención a aspectos relacionados con la persona y con el grupo resultan de vital importancia. La realidad social que rodea a los centros así lo pone de manifiesto a través de diversas problemáticas que afectan a la educación, como por ejemplo, la convivencia y las relaciones personales o la igualdad de oportunidades.
