G. Schopflin's three-variable equation is a model that attempts to explain the relationship between state, ethnicity, and civil society. The equation suggests that the state, ethnicity, and civil society are interdependent and interact in complex ways. According to this model, the state is a political entity that exercises power and authority over a territory and its citizens. Ethnicity refers to shared cultural and social characteristics that distinguish one group of people from another. Civil society refers to the space between the state and the individual, comprising the networks, organizations, and associations that operate independently of the state.

Eu vin dintr-o zonă mai puțin cunoscută de dumneavoastră, cei prezenți la această întrunire românească, vin din fostul județ Hotin, care prin destinul istoriei, la un moment s-a pomenit sub ocupația sovietică în componența Ucrainei. Jumătate din județul Hotin a fost amplasat în Republica Moldova, altă parte în Ucraina și anume în județul Cernăuți. Actualmente nu mai avem nici raionul Hotin, fiindcă după ultima reformă din Ucraina o primărie a fost comasată cu alte șapte, fostul raion, din care făcea parte localitatea din care vin eu, Dumeni, a fost desființat, iar eu acum sunt din raionul Cernăuți. Ce țin eu minte... Țin minte câteva momente ce țin de obiceiurile și sărbătorile tradiționale. În primul rând, Crăciunul, alături de Paști a fost una dintre sărbătorile cele mai așteptate. Poate chiar mai multă semnificație era în Crăciun decât în Paște. Eu am auzit foarte târziu de cuvântul, noțiunea de Crăciun. În casă la noi eu știam de Nașterea Domnului. În dimineața de Crăciun tata mă lua de mânuță și hai la biserică. Acolo începea Nașterea Domnului! The assumption from which we started this investigative approach is the fact that domestic violence implies a direct causality on juvenile delinquency. Something that at first is a barely perceptible deviant behavior, can turn into criminal behavior if certain measures are not taken in time. This fact happens because as a result of domestic abuse, the role of the family as an educational agent is diminished and in serious cases even abolished, the family becoming a harmful factor and essential cause of the distortion of the minor's personality. We propose in this approach to reveal the most important aspects of this causality and also to identify some ameliorative measures, possibly to be applied in the case of the Republic of Moldova.

The issue of the history of the Romanians from the former Szekler seats of Ciuc, Giurgeu, Odorhei and Treiscaune and of the main identity institutionsthe church (Orthodox and Greek Catholic) and the confessional schools that functioned under the auspices of these churches has been little researched. Benefiting from access to ecclesiastical and secular documentary sources, little researched, the present study aims to introduce into the scientific circuit information about the state of places of worship and confessional schools built by members of some Romanian communities with a small number of members, most of them living in ethnically mixed localities, with a numerically majority Szekler/Hungarian population. In these conditions, an important role was played by the solidarity of the Romanians living on both sides of the Carpathians, who we find among the founders of the modest wooden churches, and after 1785, also of stone, and of the confessional school buildings. This solidarity was also manifested between the Romanian communities in the area. When a Romanian community, with a larger number of believers, managed to build a new church, the old one was donated to neighboring communities with few believers, thus witnessing the phenomenon called "traveling churches". Where communities with a small number of Romanians have not managed to maintain their church, we witness the acceleration of the denationalization process and, finally, the disappearance of these communities. Instead, where it was possible to save the Orthodox and Greek-Catholic churches and the confessional schools in the Romanian language, religion and school were the main factors promoting Christian teaching,

Education a soul, shaping it, does not only involve guiding it towards an informational system based on acquiring knowledge, but also towards a formative system of embracing the moral values. As the soul bears the image of God, school must use the religious element in order to stimulate the students conscience. The religious education has an important role in shaping one's character, but parents should also create a proper environment for producing a spiritual state favourable to morality. There have been major changes lately in the relationship between parents and children and they tend to increase as children grow up. Some of the causes have been identified in the research I starded in 2011 by aplying questionnaires to parents of secondary and high school students. Both parents and teachers should be involved in establishinganefficient social communication. This is the reason why we have searched for concrete ways for achieving an efficient partnership between family and school.

După aproape două decenii de când Zidul Berlinului sa prăbuşit, a devenit clar că falimentul experimentului comunist nu echivalează cu validarea capitalismului cunoscut în istoria de pînă acum. Din infirmarea unei ipoteze nu se poate deduce cu necesitate confirmarea ipotezei contrarii: dacă am constatat că ipoteza „A” nu este validă, asta nu ne scuteşte de verificarea ipotezei „anti-A”. Altfel spus, faptul că proiectul „Fiecăruia după necesităţi” a eşuat nu implică legitimarea proiectului „Peştele mare înghite peştele mic”.

În baza izvoarelor de arhivă inedite, depistate în fondurile Arhivei Naţionale a Republicii Moldova şi ale Arhivei Istorice de Stat din Rusia (Sankt Petersburg), în articol sunt analizate schimbările care au survenit în situaţia demografică, social-economică şi confesională din Basarabia în primele decenii după anexare. Folosind datele statistice adunate şi sistematizate de Dicasteria duhovnicească din Chişinău, pentru anii 1819-1829, perfectate în baza registrelor parohiale, şi datele statistice oficiale, pentru anii 1819-1828, prezentate de administraţia regională instituţiilor imperiale, autorul analizează mărimea, distribuţia şi compoziţia populaţiei, componenţa ei socială şi confesională, descrie schimbările care au avut loc în viaţa economică a provinciei.

Continuity of care is an important attribute of family medicine. Proper understanding of this concept allows a better organization of health care, with lower costs and better outcomes, in terms of patient satisfaction and health. Continuity is not limited to the provision of out-of-hours health care, but offers the integration of the patient’s information at the level of the family doctor. Continuity improves the quality of care, provides trust in the medical act, builds a long-term patient-doctor partnership, sometimes throughout their lives. Providing services through the out-of-hours centers is a pragmatic solution to the modern way of life, whereby the state is trying to provide health care to the population during periods when the primary care offices are closed. But their organization must respect the principle of continuity and not lead to the fragmentation of medical care.
