AKTIVITAS DESAIN SECARA MENYELURUH

Intisari— Aktivitas manusia, berazaskan manfaat dan ekonomi serta konservasi lingkungan merupakan suatu hal yang memiliki peranan penting terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan. Di satu sisi, pembangunan akan meningkatkan kualitas hidup manusia dengan meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat. Industri pertambangan merupakan salah satu industri yang diandalkan pemerintah Indonesia untuk mendatangkan devisa. Selain mendatangkan devisa industri pertambangan juga menyedot lapangan kerja dan bagi Kabupaten dan Kota merupakan sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Namun dalam aktivitas pertambangan yang dilakukan tentu akan menimbulkan masalah lingkungan. Dalam paper ini akan dibahas tentang masalah lingkungan dalam pembangunan pertambangan, cara pengelolaan pembangunan pertambangan, kecelakaan kerja di pertambangan, penyehatan lingkungan pertambangan dan pencemaran serta penyakit-penyakit yang mungkin timbul akibat aktivitas pertambangan. Kata Kunci: Pertambangan, Pembangunan Pertambangan, Dampak, Pengelolaan, Penyakit. Abstrak— Human activities, based on benefits and the economy and environmental conservation are essential to sustainable development. On the one hand, development will improve the quality of human life with the increase of people's income. The mining industry is one of the industries that the Indonesian government relies on to bring in foreign exchange. In addition to bringing in foreign exchange, the mining industry also absorbs employment and for the Regency and City is the source of Local Own Revenue (PAD). However, in mining activities will certainly cause environmental problems. In this paper will be discussed about environmental issues in mining development, how to manage mining development, work accident in mining, environmental sanitation of mining and pollution and diseases that may arise due to mining activity.

Mdt Sirojul Athfal's reading activity is used to being done by Mdt Sirojul Athfal which has become a hallmark of this MDT or in other MDT who apply Nazham reading activities before learning is carried out as one of the early characteristics of learning at MDT Sirojul Athfal. Nadzhom (Sundanese praise) is one of the media that connects religious messages or da'wah and religious values with mad'u or lessons to students. In general, the values that emerge from nadzoman include creed education, worship, and morals. Nadzoman serves as the role of the effectiveness of da'wah and Islamic education or Instruction. This research applies literature study as a design to analyze literary materials in the form of nadzom related to its function as a medium of education and da'wah. The use of nadzom can make students understand quite complicated material, because they feel involved in learning while enjoying and singing the rhythm of beautiful nadzom poems. Nadzom has at least three functions, such as entertainment, education and religious values, and a spiritual role.This study aims to determine istihsan's perspective on nazham reading activities at MDT Sirojul Athfal before studying. This research is using qualitative field with data collection using interviews and observations. The research subjects were the head of the leadership of MDT Sirojul Athfal and the teacher of MDT Sirojul Athfal. The results showed that the activity of reading Nazham was very important for religious education at the MTD Sirojul Athfal and it has become a habit in reading it with the aim of building spiritual and moral character and making MDT students behave ahkakul karimah for the guidance of the good life.

Pungutan is a phenomenon that occurs among women in the Bumi orange Complex, which is often held every holiday. Pemungutan is an activity of eating together, with each bringing rice and side dishes, or cooking in one house and eating them together. This study aims to determine istihsan's perspective on traditional pungutan among mothers in the GS complex by using mashlahat analysis. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection using interviews and observations. The research subjects were women from RT 03 RW 09 who opened 15 people. The results showed that pungutan activities began during the pandemic, and mothers had to stay at home, and to relieve boredom, they finally made pungutan activities. pungutan also, assessed by them as a positive activity because it can relieve stress caused by staying at home, and foster an attitude of caring, helping each other, helping each other. The conclusion of this research is that the pungutan tradition is seen from the mashlahat aspect, it is a type of authentic mashlahat that does not conflict with the Koran, al-Hadith and logic. In addition, the pungutan tradition has good positive values, namely solidarity, togetherness, caring, and ta'awun., so that this tradition can be allowed by istihsan.

Hipertensi merupakan suatu kondisi tekanan darah sistol dan diastol berada diatas 140/90 mmHg. Hipertensi dapat dipicu oleh beberapa faktor risiko, seperti faktor genetik, obesitas, kelebihan asupan natrium, dislipidemia, kurangnya aktivitas fisik, dan defisiensi vitamin D. Banyak upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah salah satunya penggunaan obat kimia atau pengobatan farmakologi yang memiliki kerja obat yang cepat, namun memiliki efek samping apabila digunakan secara terus menerus. Selain itu peningkatan tekanan darah diperlukannya terapi hipertensi dengan menjaga gaya hidup yang sesuai dan melakukan terapi dengan antihipertensi konvensional. Pencegahan menggunakan bahan alam lebih disarankan karena dapat menghindari efek samping dari penggunaan obat-obatan berbahan dasar kimia. Daun sirih merah (Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav) adalah tanaman yang mengandung komponen aktif seperti flavonoid, alkaloid, polifenolat, tannin dan minyak atsiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pembuktian ilmiah apakah tanaman daun sirih merah berpotensi sebagai antihipertensi,yang dilakukan dengan metode preventif. Metode ini dilakukan dengan cara mengukur secara non-invasif dengan alat Kent Scientific CODA® System. Pengujian dilakukan pada 5 kelompok hewan uji tikus jantan galur wistar dengan perlakuan yang berbeda disetiap kelompok. Kelompok terdiri dari kelompok kontrol sakit (Epinefrin 0,5 mg/kg BB), kelompok Pembanding (Propranolol 0,9 mg/kg BB), kelompok uji ekstrak etanol daun sirih merah dosis 8,25 mg/kg BB, ekstrak etanol daun sirih merah dosis 16,5 mg/kg BB, dan ekstrak etanol daun sirih merah dosis 33 mg/kg BB. Dari semua kelompok dosis ekstrak daun sirih merah (Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav) memiliki perbedaan bermakna dengan kelompok kontrol sakit, dan tidak berbeda bermakna dengan kelompok pembanding propranolol 0,9 mg/kg BB. Dosis terbaik yang dapat menghambat tekanan darah adalah dosis 8,25 mg/kg BB, dengan hasil peningkatan pada sistol sebesar 17,39 mmHg dan diastol sebesar 14,29 mmHg, hasil ini dapat menghambat tekanan darah diastol karena memperoleh nilai selisih tekanan darah diastol paling rendah dari nilai pembanding yaitu 17,75 mmHg. Adapun hasil aktivitas inhibisi memperoleh nilai sistol sebesar 52,24% dan diastol 61,55%, hasil ini menunjukkan nilai tertinggi dibandingkan kelompok pembanding tekanan darah diastol sebesar 55,44%. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, daun sirih merah memiliki potensi untuk menghambat tekanan darah diastol dan ini dapat dikembangkan sebagai salah satu pengobatan tradisional.

Hiruk pikuk pemilihan umum kepada daerah serentak mulai terasa di berbagai daerah. Tahapan pendaftaran para peserta calon kepala daerah pun mulai digelar sejak tanggal 26 Juli 2015. Kian dekatnya tanggal 9 Desember 2015 sebagai puncak pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum Kepala Daerah (Pemilukada) serentak, maka mendorong para kontestan calon kepala daerah pendatang baru maupun petahana berpikir keras meramu berbagai skenario yang dianggap mampu meraih dukungan suara rakyat secara maksimal. Terlepas persoalan calon tunggal, tak bisa dipungkiri semua orang tahu dan pasti, skenario politik uang (money politic) selalu menjadi menu utama dalam setiap perhelatan pesta demokrasi di Indonesia. Praktek money politic tidak berarti menggunakan uang pribadi dalam pertarungan politik. Sekalipun uang yang digunakan itu berasal dari pemerintah, namun bermodal kewenangannya maka uang itu menjadi sarana money politic. Dana desa adalah satu contohnya uang dari pemerintah yang berpotensi menjadi sarana money politic.

The connection activity is a tradition of "sending / giving" all the needs needed in the celebration event. As for what is sent, it can be in the form of materials needed for the celebration, such as rice, mineral water, meat, chicken pieces, fish, vegetables, fruits, and various kinds of cakes and other dishes. This study aims to determine istihsan's perspective on connection activities that have become a tradition by using istihsan bil urf analysis. The study used qualitative descriptive data collection with interviews and observations. The research subjects were several people from kp dago kulon and local religious leaders. The results showed that this connection activity has become one of the traditions in the kp area. Dago subang district. This tradition has been passed down from generation to generation which is still practiced today. This connection tradition is usually carried out at celebration events, such as weddings, circumcisions, and other celebration events. This connection activity is also considered as a positive activity because it is one of the ties of friendship between neighbors, and fosters an attitude of caring, helping each other, and helping each other. The conclusion of this research is the connection activity seen from istihsan bil urf, is a tradition that has good positive values, namely as a form of maintaining friendship, caring for each other, helping each other, helping each other, and also not contradicting the Qur'an, hadith and logic.
