В статье дается краткий обзор комплексов переходного периода от па- леолита к неолиту, изученных в различных регионах Восточной Азии. Рассматрива- ются вопросы о соотношении аго- и агро- неолита и об их месте в рамках археоло- гической периодизации The article provides a brief overview of the transitional Paleolithic to Neolithic assemblages studied in different regions of East Asia. Special attention is given to the questions of the relationship between the non-agricultural and agricultural Neolithic and about their place in archaeological periodization.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с формированием неолитических культур на юге Дальнего Востока. С этой целью сравниваются и анализируются материалы кондонской, руднинской и мариинской неолитических культур, а также поселения Устиновка-3 с материалами осиповской культуры начального неолита.

This article considers the chrono-cultural evolution in the Northwest Africa territories during the Neolithic period. A systematic chronology based on specialized literature on the chrono-cultural features of this period in the Sahara and the Maghreb was inferred. It covers the following three major Neolithic currents characteristic of the Neolithic period in Northwest Africa: the Saharan Sudanese Neo-lithic, the Neolithic of Capsian Tradition, and the Mediterranean Neolithic. These currents were studied using the data on cultural behaviors with some radiocarbon dates. The results obtained revealed the features of the evolution from the Neolithization process to the full establishment of the Neolithic economy of production, as well as, a possible continuity to a Final Neolithic phase that lasted longer in some regions despite other regions that transitioned to the Eneolithic and the Iron Age. It was concluded that the evolution path that determined the characteristics of the Early, Middle, Late, and Final Neolithic phases was almost the same in different territories of the northwestern part of the African continent.

The chronology and architecture of Neolithic and early Aeneolithic societies in Central Asia: New evidence from Monjukli Depe, Turkmenistan The results of resumed excavations at Monjukli Depe in 2010-2014 provide a broad insight in its settlement history in the Neolithic and early Aeneolithic periods. In particular, the history of Aeneolithic period is represented by multiple layers with substantial and well-preserved mudbrick architecture, which allows to trace dynamics of the use of individual buildings, as well as changes in the organization of living space in this settlement. A large series of radiocarbon dates allow to specify the time ranges of single settlement phases by Bayesian modeling of radiocarbon chronology. These data also make it possible to refine and partially revise the previous regional chronology of the foothills of Kopetdag in Late Jeitun and early Anau times.

В литературе, посвященной этногенетическим исследованиям Амуро-Сахалинского региона, территория Сахалина традиционно воспринимается исключительно как связующее звено между материковыми и островными культурами. Истоки этой установки лежат в трудах еще самых первых этнографов, лингвистов, антропологов, археологов, работавших на острове в конце 19 – нач. 20 вв. Между тем анализ имеющихся сегодня археологических источников показывает, что в древности культурные взаимодействия в этой части бассейна Японского моря могли иметь совершенно иной характер. В частности, на это указывает анализ культурных связей населения Сахалина в эпоху неолита. В их развитии, опираясь на анализ керамики, можно выделить ряд этапов, для каждого из которых характерны свои особенности. Характеристике этих этапов и посвящена данная публикация
