O presente trabalho aborda questões relacionadas ao Planejamento na esfera pública, concomitantemente associadas às áreas social e econômica, que exercem interação com a sustentabilidade ambiental e permitem que no âmbito da Administração Pública sejam desenvolvidas ações que proporcionem o aprimoramento almejado: o bem estar coletivo. A pesquisa, do tipo conclusiva-descritiva, foi desenvolvida com ênfase em busca de referenciais bibliográficos para a condução do contexto histórico e da influência da boa Administração Pública como facilitadora do desenvolvimento, vislumbrando os resultados qualitativos que isto gera para o aprimoramento em todas as suas vertentes que convergem para o indivíduo beneficiário das boas práticas dos gestores.

RESUMO Desde os meados da década passada (anos 2000 a 2011) o comercio de material para construção vinha numa crescente, acompanhando o ritmo da construção civil e os incentivos do governo para aquecer o comercio. Com o Brasil passando por uma crise econômico-financeira que começou no setor de produção e se alastra por todos os setores da economia, apesar dos incentivos das políticas públicas no comercio, o setor também foi impactado pela crise, este artigo mostra os desafios e dificuldades

Resumo Objetivo: Identificar principais fatores de risco para ocorrência de mortalidade devido AVC numa população em relação ao gênero, faixa etária, raça,escolaridade. Método:Estudo quantitativo com abordagem documental. Resultados:Prevaleceramóbitos no gênero feminino,raça branca e faixa etária acima de 60 anos; ocorreu redução no coeficiente morbidade, aumento dos coeficientes mortalidade e letalidade. Conclusão:Os resultados divergiram em partes quando comparados a outros estudos, porém descrevem uma realidade local, permitindo decisões mais eficientes e eficazes quanto ao cuidado as vítimas. Abstract Objective: Identify the main risk factors for mortality from stroke in a population considering gender, age, race, education. Method: Quantitative study with documentary approach. Results: deaths prevailed in white females and age above 60; there was a reduction in morbidity coefficient, increased mortality and lethality coefficients. Conclusion: The results diverged partially when compared to other studies, but describe a local reality, allowing more efficient and effective decisions regarding the victims care.

ANÁLISE E AVALIAÇÃO DE PROPOSTA DE IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE PROCESSO DE AMADURECIMENTO ORGANIZACIONAL EM GERENCIAMENTO DE PROJETOS, 2007

This work presents one case of application of the OPM3, showing the assessment of an organization and offering an action plan based in the Best Practices as the assessment Outcome. The theoretical reference justifies the importance of organizational project management and the need of its Improvement. To increase the maturity of the organization three organizational project maturity models are shown and the OPM3 is detailed. One talks about the several concepts used by the OPM3, understanding the reasons of the Outcomes in the action plan proposed. Through the verification in loco of the facilities, processes, practices, and interviews with manager of the organization, it was outlined the basic profile of the organization, and a partial vision of the external environment, mainly about cultural difficulties and the lack of qualified professionals. However, when the organization is going to deal with its future goals, more information about the political and economical environment are needed to minimize the risks. Eventually, based in the characteristics of the organization, an action plan is delivered as an outcome, that shows ways to achieve the organization goals. This way has possibilities that allows the organization to change the current level of management project , until achieving a level of maturity coherent with its aspirations being responsible and respecting the organization and the environment limits. The present work is titled "Proposal for Management Measures of Eutrophication Processes in Closed Cultivation Systems: A Case Study at the Bibala Experimental Station." The objective of this study was to propose management measures for the eutrophication process in closed cultivation systems, aiming to improve water quality and the well-being of fish. Eutrophication is a phenomenon caused by an excess of nutrients, mainly nitrogen and phosphorus, which leads to water quality degradation and harms biodiversity. The study was conducted at the Bibala Experimental Station, located in the Namibe province of Angola, using a case study to analyze the environmental conditions of the existing closed cultivation system. Data collection was carried out through direct observations, field measurements, and interviews with local technicians. Data analysis was performed using both quantitative and qualitative methods. The main results indicated water discoloration, turning it greenish or turbid, and changes in fish behavior, such as reduced mobility and apathy. As a proposal, management measures were suggested, such as the implementation of biological filtration systems, constant water quality monitoring, and the application of nutrient control techniques, aiming to restore environmental quality and promote the sustainability of cultivation systems.

ARCANUM: A Representação dos Arcanos Maiores do Tarô através da Fotografia, 2017

The experimental project ARCANUM: The Representation of the Tarot Major Arcana through Photography consists of an imagery and allegorical study that pass through the field of the image discussion, in regard to signification systems, building an association with the hero's journey, in which, although each card has its own wealth of meanings, there is a narrative connection between them. From an emblematic investigation and an anachronistic analysis of the 22 blades that constitutes the Tarot major arcana, comes up the Photobook titled: ARCANUM, produced from our own experiences and repertoires in the “Stand before the image”. O projeto experimental ARCANUM: A Representação dos Arcanos Maiores do Tarô através da Fotografia consiste em um estudo imagético e alegórico que perpassa o campo da discussão da imagem, no que tange os sistemas de significação, construindo uma associação com a jornada do Herói, na qual, embora cada carta possua uma riqueza própria de significados, existe uma conexão narrativa entre elas. A partir de uma investigação emblemática e uma análise anacrônica das 22 lâminas que constituem os arcanos maiores do Tarô, surge o Fotolivro intitulado: ARCANUM, produzido a partir de experiências e repertórios próprios no “se colocar diante da imagem”.
