Today's world contain of a large variation of people. Mostly disability person is depends upon other for their living. But in the today's fast developing world, people is busy in work so that they don't have enough time for physically challenged people.The main aim this system physically challenged people can move inside the home without any trouble. In this system voice recognition system used for physical challenge people so person move from one place to another place with the ease. In the voice navigation system voice from physical handicapped match with the predefined store voice then the chair will move with accepted direction. According to the received voice, the wheelchair is automatically understood end point and the wheelchair moves according to the path which is predefined in system. It is contains obstacle avoidance technique.

Most of the disabled people usually depend on others in their daily life especially in moving from one place to another. For the wheelchair users, continuously they need someone to help them in getting the wheelchair moving. By using a wheelchair control system they become more independent. The moto of this research project is to design and fabricate a voice controlled wheelchair for physically disabled people. The wheelchair control system which deploys a voice recognition system for triggering and controlling all its movements. It integrates a microcontroller, voice recognition through Google assistant, motor control interface board to move the wheelchair. By using the system, the users are able to operate the wheelchair by simply speaking and commanding through Google assistant. The basic functioning process includes forward and reverse direction, left and right turns and stop. It uses a PIC controller manufactured by Microchip Technology to control the system operations. It communicates with the voice recognition through Google assistant and works with the commands which is saved as the number system directed from the Ada-fruit cloud. The speech is given and then determines the corresponding output command to drive the left and right motors. To finish this task, an assembly language program is written and stored in the controller's memory.

There is always a need for a physically challenged persons to seek help of others for moving from one place to another. Thus, the problems that they are facing can be solved by using speech recognition technology to move the wheelchair. Speech recognition technology is a key which may provide a new way of human interaction with machines or tools. The proposed work is to facilitate the movement of people who are disabled or handicapped and elderly people who are not able to move well. Here the Voice Controlled Wheelchair moves by using speech recognition module and with the possibility of avoiding obstacles. A program is designed to interface with the Renesas microcontroller and voice recognition unit that recognizes a voice and in turn controls the movement of wheelchair. The design of this smart system will allow certain people to live a life with less dependence on others. Index Terms – Renesas microcontroller, Speech recognition, Android.

The main objective of VOICE CONTROLLED WHEEL CHAIR SYSTEM project is recommended to control a wheel chair by using speech recognition module. The system is designed to control a wheel chair using the voice of person. The objective of this project is to fascilate the movement of people who are disable or handicapped and elderly people who are not able to move well. The goal of this system will allow certain people to live a life with less dependence on others for their movement as a daily need. Speech recognition technology is a key technology which will provide a new way of human interaction with machine or tools. Therefore the problems that they face can be solved by using speech recognition technology for the movement of wheel chair. This can be realized and optimized with use the smart phone device as an intermediary or interface. In this project interfaces has been designed therefore to develop a program for recognize speech also controls the movement of chair and an application which can handle or manage the graphical commands. This project uses arduino kit Microcontroller circuit and DC motors to create the movement of wheel chair and Ultrasonic Sensors to detect the hurdles in between wheelchair and the way of direction.
— The technology and science has achieved many new heights but still the mankind is left physically disabled at some time in their lives. In the view of present scenario in India among the total population of the country around 27.1% are the sufferer from the disability of the movement. An important aspect of the paper is to integrate persons with disabilities in the society so that they can actively participate in society, be a part of a society and lead a normal life. Therefore in the present work an attempt has been made to provide better maneuverability with the help of a Voice Controlled Wheelchair. The main aim of the paper is to focus on the movement by a voice command. The simple words like Go, Back, Left, Right and Stop are used. The controller decodes the maneuvering commands by speech-recognition techniques and transmits these commands to the Wheelchair motors to affect the desired motion.

As per WHO, about 10% of global population i.e. about 650 million people have disabilities. Studies indicate that of these, 10% require wheelchair. And on the other side there is a massive development in wheelchair from joystick movement to staircase climbing wheelchair to standing wheelchair. Two million wheelchairs are being used each year in US alone states the book of The Economics of Knowledge, Innovation and systemic Technology policy. Though the production is huge, still quadriplegic patients faces a lot of hurdles to use the wheelchair in their daily routine. So, the point of the undertaking is to outline a wheelchair communicator framework that could work as the wheelchair of the impeded individual with the assistance of intelligent system. This framework could be utilized by physically debilitate people who can't move their hands or legs however make head movements, particularly for quadriplegic patients. And this wheelchair system can be accessed by both the patient and the care taker.
The main objective of our project is to design a wheel chair for physically disabled persons, controlled by voice input. The entire system is controlled by the PIC (16F877A) microcontroller and the voice recognition IC (HM 2007) is used, which is capable of storing voice signals, and generating good recognition performance on highly disordered speech. The voice IC consists of non-volatile memory back-up with 3V battery onboard, which will store the speech recognition data in RAM after the power off condition. Whenever a voice is given as input in the Mic the received voice is compared against the stored voices. On successful matching of the voice the HM2007 IC will send the corresponding codes to the controller. The controller interprets the command and activates the I/O ports accordingly. The Wheelchair rotation will be based on the motor connected to it. The motor is controlled by the I/O of the controller.
This paper is to describe an intelligent motorized wheel chair for handicapped person using voice technology. Our goal is to move towards making accessible he manipulation of everyday objects to individuals with motor impairments. It can be controlled through simple voice commands using voice controller. A voice recognition application which is interfaced with motors through microcontroller. We are using Hidden Markov Model algorithm (HMM). A novel approach is proposed in this paper to impart intelligence to a low cost smart wheelchair based on Embedded C system.

The disabled people cannot move from one location to another location. They always need help for moving wheel chair. The voice controlled system provide more help independently. We describes in this paper about intelligent smart voice controlled wheel chair which operates on disabled voice commands. This system can be controlled by the simple voice commands given by the disabled people. This voice controlled system make them move independent. Joystick interface Powered wheelchairs are unable to be controlled by many people. All the physical disabled person can control the wheel chair easily. Who cannot control their movements especially with the help of hands. Some patients like cerebral palsy, quadriplegic, and multiple sclerosis are dependent on other people to move from one place to another place and due to this they don't have the freedom of mobility. This voice controlled wheelchair helps them to drive the wheelchair without anyone's help. Depending upon the direction specified in the commands, the Arduino nano will drive the motors. The speech recognition is recognized by Google voice service .The bluetooth is connected with Arduino nano which helps for the movement off wheels to which the DC motor is fixed. The wheelchair would operate by disabled people.
