Abstrak -Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis pengaruh dari fenomena sintilasi di lapisan ionosfer terhadap akurasi pengukuran posisi pada Global Positioning System (GPS). Sebelum sinyal satelit GPS yang berupa gelombang elektromagnetik mencapai bumi, maka sinyal tersebut harus melalui lapisan ionosfer. Karena perubahan kerapatan elektron di lapisan F ionosfer, sinyal yang ditransmisikan dari satelit ke penerima GPS mengalami penurunan intensitas daya serta gangguan pada amplitudo dan fasanya. Dengan adanya penelitian ini maka, mitigasi pengaruh kemunculan sintilasi terhadap akurasi posisi dapat dilakukan dengan cara menghindari pengukuran GPS yang memerlukan ketelitian tinggi pada waktu-waktu tersebut untuk mendapatkan hasil pengukuran yang lebih baik. Peneltian ini menggunakan data standar GPS RINEX. Metode penentuan posisi menggunakan metode absolut yaitu satu penerima GPS di titik lokasi Stasiun Tetap Cibinong milik BIG dengan lintang dan bujur (6.49° LS,106.84°BT). Dengan metode absolut akan lebih mudah untuk melihat seberapa besar metode ini mampu mengatasi efek sintilasi. Besar kesalahan pengukuran posisi ditentukan oleh besar atau tidaknya nilai indeks sintilasi (S 4 ). Berdasarkan data ground track, saat terjadi sintilasi lemah dengan indeks sintilasi S 4 < 0.2, kesalahan pengukuran data posisi ground track dibawah 5 meter. Sedangkan, pada saat terjadi sintilasi kuat dengan nilai indeks sintilasi S 4 > 0.5 didapatkan kesalahan pengukuran mencapai 12 meter. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, semakin besar indeks sintilasi (S 4 ) maka kesalahan pengukuran posisi yang di terima di receiver semakin tinggi.

Business owners must determine the location that can facilitate employees in performing their activities. Not only the following things, companies also should pay attention to the conditions of the place, whether in light, sound, culture, or color. The location of the office that has good light is close to the sun, so the weather of the office location will feel healthy with the sun. The employees can breathe fresh air. The sound also determines the condition of the location of the office, because if the company is close to the factory that issued the production engine noise will disrupts the workers' activities, the culture also determines the location of the office because if the community around the office location is less friendly and the community do not appreciate the employees who are working, it will interfere with his work. The color was decisive because if the building that will be occupied has an inappropriate color of the building or it does not give the spirit in the work, then the organizational goals will be hampered.
