Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty terhadap kepuasan pelanggan maskapai penerbangan Garuda Indonesia. Masalah yang dibahas adalah Bagaimana pengaruh harga, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty terhadap kepuasan pelanggan maskapai penerbangan Garuda Indonesia.
Changes in business' world such as technology improvement, global competition, and smart customer are the background of this research. Purpose of this research is analyzing the influence of quality service, customer value, and company image toward customer's buying interest. It is taking the customers of Suzuki motorcycle in Semarang especially customers of PT.Indo Sunmotor Gemilang Semarang as the research sample because its selling has been decreasing for last few years when it is compared with its competitor. After doing literary review and composing hypothesis, data are collected by questionnaire method which is given to 110 customers using purposive sampling method. The analyzing are using quality and quantity methods. The quality method using double-linear regression analyses with SPPS ver.17.0 for windows in its data's production. Analysis were performed with existing data using a test of validity, reliability, test the classic assumption of multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test and then produce equality, as in : The result shows that quality service, customer value, and company image bring positive toward customer's buying interest. The most influential variable in costumer's buying interest is customer value which has 0,396 percent and the less influential variable is variable of quality service which has 0.283 percent. Nowadays, the increasing need for transportation services has become a basic and major requirement. One of the causes of the increasing need for transportation is the interest to carry out various activities quickly and appropriately. This condition can be seen from the government's support for equitable regional economic growth by opening all access using various transportation modes created. However, in utilizing all these facilities, the public or users of transportation services often have limitations in ordering for various things. Then arose several companies managing transportation services with various facilities either through the services of land transportation, sea transportation, and air transportation services. In an effort to serve the needs of these service users, companies use a variety of media and infrastructure that in turn aims to maximize service and win the competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction PT. Rahman Wisata Mandiri Jakarta simultaneously or partially. The number of samples was 42 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is by using saturation sampling technique. The saturated sample is a sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as a sample. The results showed that there is both partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction of PT. Rahman Wisata Mandiri Jakarta.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh suhu penyimpanan terhadap perubahan kualitas dan umur simpan buah jeruk Keprok SoE (Citrus reticulata Blanco) yang dipetik pada umur petik berbeda. Sampel buah berasal dari kebun petani di daerah SoE, Timor Tengah Selatan, NTT dengan 5 kebun sebagai ulangan. Penyimpanan dan pengamatan dilakukan di Balai Penelitian Tanaman Jeruk dan Buah Subtropika, Tlekung, Jatim. Buah dipanen mulai umur 28 minggu setelah bunga mekar (SBM) hingga 35 minggu SBM. Penyimpanan dilakukan pada suhu 27 -30 ˚C (suhu ruang) dan suhu 9 -11 ˚C (suhu dingin). Umur petik mempengaruhi umur simpan buah,semakin muda umur petik cenderung semakin panjang umur simpan buah. Namun buah yang dipanen sebelum 31 minggu SBM belum memenuhi kualitas rasa dan warna kulit buah yang diinginkan. Buah yang masak optimum (31-32 minggu SBM) hanya dapat disimpan 3 minggu setelah panen pada suhu ruang. Suhu dingin dapat memperpanjang umur simpan hingga 8 minggu dan menghambat susut bobot hingga 1 -3 kali lipat dibanding penyimpanan pada suhu ruang. Terdapat kecenderungan perubahan nilai asam dan padatan terlarut total selama penyimpanan pada suhu dingin lebih kecil dibanding jika disimpan pada suhu kamar. Kandungan vitamin C cenderung mengalami penurunan pada masa penyimpanan dan tidak dapat dihambat dengan disimpan pada suhu dingin. Kata kunci : jeruk keprok (Citrus reticulata Blanco) cv. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were 50 consumers who were taken by purposive technique. Multiple regression is used to test hypotheses. The results showed that there was a significant influence between product quality and customer satisfaction. But the quality of service has not been able to prove the relationship to customer satisfaction. The implications and suggestions are explained in the article.
