The dangerous goods transportation is one that displaces substances that may represent some kind of risk when they are improperly packed, travel in critical areas, and / or are conducted inappropriately, and are therefore relevant to the maintenance of safety and public health possibly exposed. Risk is a parameter that is related to the probability of an accident occurring in addition to the consequence. Thus, estimating the risk in the transport of hazardous products in the urban environment means considering the existing flow in parallel with the conditions of the place where the transportation takes place. There are conditions that may be considered in the mathematical formulation of the risk, being they the rate of accidents or even geometric aspects of the roads. The present work consists of proposing a set of exclusive routes for the transportation of hazardous products in the city of Joinville, Santa Catarina, considering the existing data for the study, since there is currently no measure that proposes this restriction. A method for measuring the risk of transporting dangerous products was used to estimate the number of potentially exposed inhabitants under the hypothesis of accidents involving vehicles transporting dangerous products on the roads of the municipality. By applying a shortest path algorithm, results were obtained on the total number of inhabitants exposed considering different scenarios of access to the city and, among those scenarios, one that provides a lower risk to the population, which can contribute to the decision making process by the public sector.

RESUMO Desde os meados da década passada (anos 2000 a 2011) o comercio de material para construção vinha numa crescente, acompanhando o ritmo da construção civil e os incentivos do governo para aquecer o comercio. Com o Brasil passando por uma crise econômico-financeira que começou no setor de produção e se alastra por todos os setores da economia, apesar dos incentivos das políticas públicas no comercio, o setor também foi impactado pela crise, este artigo mostra os desafios e dificuldades

ANÁLISE E AVALIAÇÃO DE PROPOSTA DE IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE PROCESSO DE AMADURECIMENTO ORGANIZACIONAL EM GERENCIAMENTO DE PROJETOS, 2007

This work presents one case of application of the OPM3, showing the assessment of an organization and offering an action plan based in the Best Practices as the assessment Outcome. The theoretical reference justifies the importance of organizational project management and the need of its Improvement. To increase the maturity of the organization three organizational project maturity models are shown and the OPM3 is detailed. One talks about the several concepts used by the OPM3, understanding the reasons of the Outcomes in the action plan proposed. Through the verification in loco of the facilities, processes, practices, and interviews with manager of the organization, it was outlined the basic profile of the organization, and a partial vision of the external environment, mainly about cultural difficulties and the lack of qualified professionals. However, when the organization is going to deal with its future goals, more information about the political and economical environment are needed to minimize the risks. Eventually, based in the characteristics of the organization, an action plan is delivered as an outcome, that shows ways to achieve the organization goals. This way has possibilities that allows the organization to change the current level of management project , until achieving a level of maturity coherent with its aspirations being responsible and respecting the organization and the environment limits. The present work refers to a bibliographic study on Problem Based Listening (PBL), as well as the development of a methodological proposal for the application of critical and reflexive thinking. The methodology of the proposal will begin in an isolated discipline of the Electromechanical course: Welding. This teaching methodology aims to stimulate the student to solve concrete problems with autonomy, to seek the theoretical and course relationship and to influence through a problem situation that contextualizes a problem to be solved by the selection of a welding process. Through this proposal, the student within the other disciplines will be challenged to dialogue with other areas of knowledge, from the propedeutic disciplines, to the other specific disciplines, collaborating from the early years with the formation of a critical, comprehensive and contextualized thinking in the development of competence for analysis and problem solving.

Inicialmente, agradeço à minha orientadora, professora Eva Blay, por ter acolhido meu projeto de pesquisa e acreditado na importância e relevância deste trabalho, bem como por tudo o que me ensinou nestes três anos de convivência, o que certamente foi muito além da academia. Agradeço também à professora Flávia Piovesan, que me mostrou o instigante mundo dos direitos humanos e que me incentivou a seguir este caminho, em busca de um mundo melhor. ESTUDO PRELIMINAR DA IDENTIDADE VISUAL PARA APLICATIVO MÓVEL DE CARSHARING., 2021

Há muito tempo o aluguel de carro foi tradicionalmente elaborado por corporações com transporte próprios, com o avanço da tecnologia o mercado passou-se por grandes mudanças e induzindo a acessibilidade e facilidade de acesso, com a internet e aplicativos moveis, cresce um novo mercado de aluguel de carro conhecido como carsharing, aonde a locação se tornou ainda mais acessível e eficiente, reduzindo a emissão de poluente, com esse nicho tão recente, surge novas empresas em lugares limitados especialmente no Brasil, que nasce a necessidade de expansão do projeto, para isso é imprescindível o desenvolvimento de uma identidade da marca que esteja alinhada nessa ampliação. Tende em mente esse problema, o objetivo desse trabalho é elaborar um estudo preliminar de uma identidade visual que será fundamental para posicionamento do mesmo. Com o auxílio da metodologia buscando informações visando entender esse mercado.
