Livro DH1

Decolonizing liberty is a brief article where the author proposes a different conception for the study of Philosophy of Law, which consists in acknowledging that in countries with a colonial heritage, the illustrated instruments where the founding categories of the State rest have a degraded sense. As happened to indigenous people in the discovery of America, nowadays, humanity from the South still lives in subalternity. By that means, liberty is actually understood as non-liberty tied to the State, as well as to global localism.
