Cloud Computing provides us a means by which we can access the applications as utilities, over the Internet. It allows us to create, configure, and customize applications online.
Cloud computing is a new technology product for providing IT services. Cloud computing is the convergence of verity of technology and devices that come together to transform an organization’s way to building IT infrastructure. Despite all these differences of ways, we found common characteristics of cloud computing which includes massive scalability, ease of allocating resources, and a service management platform. Building on this foundation, cloud providers can deliver a range of services, from infrastructure to platforms to applications and business services.
Cloud computing is that enables adaptive, favorable and on-demand network access to a collective pool of adjustable and configurable computing physical resources which networks, servers, bandwidth, storage that can be swiftly provisioned and released with negligible supervision endeavor or service provider interaction. From business prospective, the viable achievements of Cloud Computing and recent developments in Grid computing have brought the platform that has introduced virtualization technology into the era of high performance computing. However, clouds are Internet-based concept and try to disguise complexity overhead for end users. Cloud service providers (CSPs) use many structural designs combined with self-service capabilities and ready-to-use facilities for computing resources, which are enabled through network infrastructure especially the internet which is an important consideration. This paper provides an efficient architectural Framework for cloud computing that may lead to better performance and faster access.
The focus of this paper is to develop an architecture using cloud for e-governance. Cloud computing offers an easy means of achieving the application model of e-Governance with multi-tenancy. We can use public Internet as a type of communication medium and provide a framework, which can be used by every citizen in spite of his or her diversity & location. This model combines SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and SWAN (State wide area network) architecture. This model also gives the detailed level architecture of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and SWAN individually.
