This research is based on the fact that the climate change that hit Indonesia in recent years, many give effect to the farm. Jember regency as the center of the tobacco plantation also got the effects of climate change. This research is aimed to examine the factors that influence the behavior of farmers against the risk of climate change in the development of tobacco farming in Jember regency. The research method used is descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. Research locations are in the District Ambulu and Pakusari, sampling methods is using simple random sampling of 40 respondents. Factors thought to influence the behavior of farmers are age, formal education, nonformal education, experience, family size, land area, the ratio of prices, crop failure frequency, and types of land. The results showed that the factors that significantly affect the behavior of farmers are age, formal education and experience with successive straight significance 0.048; 0.015 and 0.011. Factor of non-formal education, family size, land area, the ratio of prices, crop failure frequency and types of land has no significant effect.
