متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمدارس المتوسطة بدولة الكويت

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المدارس الحكومية في لواء الرمثا من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (266) معلما ومعلمة للعام الدراسي 2015/2016. حيث تم استخدام استبانه مكونة من (43) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات لأغراض جمع البيانات وذلك بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المدارس الحكومية في لواء الرمثا من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت (متوسطة). كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا (α = 0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على فقرات أداة درجة توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات ككل وكل مجال من مجالاتها تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح المعلمين ذوي المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس، ودراسات عليا)، وكذلك لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح المعلمين ذوي عدد سنوات الخبرة (5- أقل من 10 سنوات) و(10 سنوات فأكثر)، بينما لم يتبين وجود أي فروق دالة إحصائيا يمكن أن تعزى لمتغير الجنس.

The current study aimed to identify the importance of the Internet of Things implementation in education, where the Internet of Things is the modern technological application that has captured the entire world by linking different beings with each other without human intervention. The study seeks to help the Ministry of Higher Education in Sudan to reduce the obstacles, difficulties and emergency conditions facing the educational process such as the Coronavirus pandemic, and to know the appropriate alternatives that can help in improving educational outcomes now and in the future. To achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed on a random sample consisting of (202) participants, representing the study community from faculty members in Sudanese Universities. The study relied on structural models because of its high validity tools, especially for qualitative data, for this reason, the AMOS statistical package was used. The study dealt with the determinants of the Internet of things represented in electronic platforms, virtual classes, and electronic the effect size was weak reached 42%, which indicates that there are other variables that have a greater impact in the determinants of Internet of things. The study concluded that the Internet of Things provides many methods and tools that help faculty members to achieve valuable benefits for educational outcomes, thus facilitating their work and increasing student benefits. The study recommends conducting more studies and focusing on introducing the beneficiaries of the educational process (students) into the model.

Buḥūth arabīyah fī maǧallaẗ al-Tarbiyyaẗ al-Nawʿyyaẗ, 2021

This study aimed to demonstrate/identify the extent/degree to which teachers in general education schools in the State of Kuwait possess information and communication technology (ICT) competencies from their point of view, in addition to revealing the impact of some independent variables (i.e., gender, specialization, and years of professional experience) ‫العدد‬ ‫والعشرون‬ ‫الرابع‬ ‫أكتوبر‬ ‫ـر‬ ‫ـ‬ ‫ـ‬ ‫ـ‬ ‫ـ‬ ‫ـ‬ ‫ـ‬ ‫شه‬ .. 2021 ‫م‬ ‫النوعية‬ ‫الرتبية‬ ‫جماالت‬ ‫يف‬ ‫عربية‬ ‫حبوث‬ 84 on the acquisition level. The study adopted the analytical, exploratory, descriptive, quantitative research methodology, and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. A stratified random sample of 1,299 teachers participated electronically in this research study during the first semester of 2020/2021 academic year. The results indicated that the degree of availability of information and communication technology competencies among the teachers in general education schools in the State of Kuwait was generally "medium/average" (M = 2.45, SD = 0.84, RII = 0.49). Where the estimates of the teachers indicated that the extent to which they possess ICT competencies is "medium/average" in all of the study's dimensions/constituents/topics. The findings of the study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.01 among the averages of teachers' responses regarding the degree to which they possess ICT competencies due to the variables of gender (in favor of the female category), specialization (in favor of the category of scientific specializations), and years of professional experience (in favor of the category with the lowest years of experience; less than 10 years), in all of the study's dimensions/constituents/topics separately, and in the tool as a whole. The study concluded with some recommendations.

This study aims to know the challenges facing the learned neighborhood centers in digital literacy in the Riyadh region, by identifying the administrative, social and economic challenges facing the learned neighborhood centers in digital literacy for adults, The study used the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of all the heads of adult education units in the education offices in Riyadh, who numbered (9), and the supervisors of the learning neighborhood centers numbered (3), and the directors of the learning neighborhood centers in Riyadh, which numbered (7). Following the comprehensive enumeration method, by applying the study tool to the entire study population; After the field application, (33) valid questionnaires were obtained for statistical analysis. Most Significant Results of the study: The need to implement a variety of digital training programs in the educated neighborhood centers that help adults. and The shortcomings in the availability of digital literacy training packages in adult education departments.The small number of learner neighborhood centers affiliated with adult education centers in the Riyadh region. Inadequate follow-up of education offices and the Department of Adult Education in the implementation of digital literacy programs implemented in the learning neighborhood centers, the difficulty of the procedures to enroll in digital literacy programs in the learning neighborhood centers. and The need for the educated neighborhood centers to contribute to educating and training adults to keep pace with the labor market in digital programs. Based on the results, the researchers recommended planning to implement various digital training programs in the centers of the learning neighborhood, providing training packages for eradicating digital illiteracy in the adult education departments, increasing the number of the centers of the learning neighborhood, and establishing a community partnership with other parties in implementing digital education programs in the centers of the learned neighborhood, in addition to proposals for future studies; About the challenges facing the centers of the educated neighborhood and ways to reduce them.

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة تحقيق متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمدارس منطقة الباحة من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس والمعلمين في ضوء الرؤية الوطنية للمملکة العربية السعودية 2030م، والکشف عما إذا کان هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسط أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى للمتغيرات (المسمى الوظيفي، وسنوات الخبرة، وعدد الدورات في مجال إدارة الجودة الشاملة)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (344) قائدا ومعلما بنسبة (10%) من مجتمع الدراسة الکلي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة احتوت على(33) فقرة. وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا والتحقق من دلالات صدق وثبات الاستبانة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر متطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة (متطلبات تنظيمية، ومتطلبات بشرية، ومتطلبات مادية ) جاءت بدرجة عالية. The main aim of the research is to establish scientific foundations by identifying the impact of the application of mandatory governance rules on risk management in the investment sector companies listed on the Palestine Exchange. To answer the research questions and test the hypotheses of the research, the researcher relied on the analytical descriptive method in explaining and clarifying the theoretical side, and analyzing the results of the applied study. The results of the research also showed that there is an effective control system in the companies of the investment sector listed on the Palestine Exchange, which is closely related to risk management and is an essential aspect of corporate governance. The study also recommended that the companies of the investment sector listed on the Palestine Exchange establish a comprehensive framework for risk management in each department and management within these companies.
