Estudo de soluções com reactores UASB para a reabilitação de ETAR Caso de estudo da ETAR de Porto Côvo, 2009

This work intents to study the technology associated with anaerobic treatment, which presents itself as a possible asset for many situations, integrated in-line treatment of sewage, as well as integrated on the line of the liquid phase. The aim is to study the potential integration of UASB technology for the rehabilitation of wastewater treatment plant, in general, and apply it to case study - the wastewater treatment plant at Porto Côvo – which is an activated sludge system with prolonged aeration, in function since November 1999 and is prepared to receive a daily average flow of 1.190 m3/day. The Municipality of Sines, plant´s owner, is considering the rehabilitation of it. The present work aims to study the advantages and drawbacks of adopting a solution with UASB reactors, for the case study of upgrading the treatment plant at Porto Côvo. As the Internet has become an enormous interconnected network, the information security today is very important to guarantee confidentiality, integrity and availability of computing resources. Advanced Intrusions Detections Systems IDS should be capable of identifying malicious actions that may compromise these guarantees, as quickly as possible. In this paper, we present a proposal for an IDS based on the wavelet and artificial neural network that is applied to the well know Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining KDD. The experiment showed high detection rate, suggesting that the approach is very promising.

Paulo Tavares é um arquiteto e urbanista brasileiro formado pela UNICAMP. Desde 2008 vive entre São Paulo e Londres, onde realizou um estudo sobre o ar – as implicações epistemológicas da mediação técnica de sua gestão geopolítica – junto ao programa de Mestrado em Arquitetura do Centro de Pesquisa em Arquitetura (CPA), Goldsmiths - Universidade de Londres. Atualmente está na fase final de elaboração de uma tese sobre conflitos territoriais/ecológicos na Amazônia, também sendo realizada no CPA, com apoio da CAPES. Lecionou na escola de ar-quitetura da London Metropolitan University, e desde 2008 é professor do programa de mestrado em arquitetura do CPA. Seus textos foram publicados em diversos meios em diferentes países, incluindo Piseagrama e Outras Palavras (Brasil), Nada (Portugal), Alfabeta2 (Italia), Cabinet Magazine (EUA), entre outras. Seu último projeto, intitulado “Direitos não-humanos”, está em exibição na exposição Animismo, Casa das Culturas do Mundo, Berlim.

Assim, essa ideia de Constituição foi albergada pela Declaração de Direitos do Homem e do Cidadão, de 1789, em seu art. 16, nos seguintes termos: "Toda sociedade na qual não está assegurada a garantia dos direitos nem determinada a separação dos poderes, não tem Constituição".
