Abstract
We will list 140 names of party-goers killed after attending the music festival at Re'im, but who were likely victims of the Hannibal Directive. It is known that Israel enacted a policy that turned the border region into an "extermination zone," so that 70 vehicles returning to Gaza would be destroyed. This study gives some insight into the scale of the damage. Without further ado we present the first draft of our list, often drawing on the Times of Israel report (Those We Have Lost):
