Игорь Семенович Кон (р. 21.05. 1928 г., Ленинград) – видный специалист по философии и методологии истории, истории социологии (основатель и первый президент Исследовательского комитета по истории социологии Всемирной социологической ассоциации), этике, социальной и возрастной психологии, теории личности, антропологии и социологии детства и юности, сексологии. Доктор философских наук (1960), профессор (1963), академик Российской Академии образования (1989), почетный профессор Корнелльского университета (Великобритания,1989), почетный доктор honoris causa университета Суррей (1992). С 1975 г. по настоящее время он является главным научным сотрудником Института этнологии и антропологии РАН. Занимался исследовательской и преподавательской работой в ряде ведущих университетов США и Европы. Автор свыше 40 книг и 500 статей, многие из которых переведены на иностранные языки, в том числе: Социология личности. М., 1967; В поисках себя. М., 1984; Психология ранней юности. - 4 изд. The article traces history of Russian diplomatic service under Ivan IV (1533-1584) with reinterpretation of diplomatic correspondence and letter-interchange practices.

The article analyzes the paradoxical situation in electoral sociology: its basic Theories can not explain all the nuances of the real election process and therefore are not used in his scientific view for sociological support of election campaign. Basic and applied researches in these branches of sociology are inconsistencies by reason of ignoring public opinion as main field of public choice. Based on the analysis of empirical data, derived as result of the research “Political parties and public during election campaign: context of big city”, it is shown that the electoral choice is made in mass communities, and its mechanisms of functioning caused by public opinion. It is proposed distinguish between public opinion, public thought, group and individual consciousness. Key words: elections, electoral sociology, voting behavior, public opinion, public thought.

In just three decades of his literary activity Nikolai Kolada became an icon of Russian contemporary drama. He does not stay enclosed in the world of theatre and drama writing. On the contrary, Kolada has one more stage from which he enters into interaction with the recipients-this is his livejournal called Kolyadnik. The traditional letter serves to pass information to people with whom we do not have direct contact. The same concern informs-Kolada's livejournal which gives the dramatist the opportunity to transmit his words to an unlimited number of recipients at the same time and the message is available to anyone at any time. In his digital letters Kolada often wants to draw the attention of the readers to things that moved him, shocked him or made him laugh. A considerable part of Kolada's texts can be regarded as advertisements in which he anounces the events that take place in his theatre. There is also information that concerns the "Kolada plays" festival and many other events. Undoubtedly, the unique part of the livejournal constitutes very emotional autobiographical episodes in which Kolada goes back to memories from his private life. He tells the readers about his family, and his childhood. In this fashion, he is not only the author of the text but for the recipients he also becomes the hero of his own story. Kolyadnik is a mean of two way communication as the readers are able to leave their comments to every text written by the playwright and they willingly do so. As one of the first such writers, Kolada discovered the possibilities of digital means of communication. He started his livejournal ten years ago and he continues to communicate with a wide internet public as the livejournal stays open and develops every day.

“From the Book of Constantin Kostenechki”: Mss Zograf 105 The article examines mss. № 105 from the Zografu monastery on Mount Athos, dating from 1433 and considered to be an autograph of the famous South Slavic writer Constantin Kostenechki, known as the “court Philosopher” of the Serbian despot Stefan Lazarevich (1389-1427). A review of the research on the manuscript, 6 folia of which are stored in the RBG, f. 159, № 3070, was made, together with a description of its content, identifying fragments of a hitherto unmarked text of Constantine - an extract from the full translation of the Interpretation of the Song of Songs by Theodoret of Kira and other church fathers. Special attention is paid to the texts representing the author's works, translations, or compilations of Constantine in the mss. - the current state of research on them is presented, currently known copies, and the position of the transcripts from Zogr. 105 between them. The content of the collection is analyzed in comparison with other similar compositions, containing compact groups of texts related to the activities of the Constantin Kostenechki (Bogishichev collection, Lovech collection from the XVI century, Nikolyats 49, RGADA 88, etc.) and the information from scribal notes in some of them.
