This research is motivated by the curiosity of the law of marriage of a pregnant adulter to cover up her shame and family disgrace, which sometimes occurs in the community, while the Prophet Muhammad “peace be upon him” has forbidden men to marry a pregnant woman until she gives birth.And many other forbidden marriages that occur in the community. The main objective of this research is, to devise a new base to find a single integrals numerically specified values of continuous functions, continuous but diseased derivative or diseased in one or more points of integration area. It also found fault with formulas, as we have the conclusion of this method of trapezoidal and Simpson bases. In addition, the results have been improved based on the boundaries of the patch and using accelerate of Romberg, so we concluded that it can rely on this method of integrals specific account, where given the relatively high accuracy results in a few partial periods compared with the trapezoidal rule.

The research employed a research and development method modified from Borg and Gall, consisting of needs assessment, design, and development. The research objectives were to portray the material of teaching Arabic written in class ten at Islamic senior high school and design a model of enrichment material graded and used independently for the students who graduated from public junior high schools. The study showed that the students who graduated from public junior high school and continued study to Islamic senior high school must be assisted by an enrichment material for their independent study because the existing material did not match their previous knowledge. In this research, a model of teaching material was designed based on three characteristics; first, readability is the main character of supporting teaching material. The issue of human rights occupies great importance on the academia as well as in the reality, especially after the spread of ideas related to these rights on one hand and the large number of violations they are exposed to on the other hand, which makes it necessary to develop fundamental solutions to the remove the obstacles of implementing human rights. In this research entitled (The Legal Basis of the Right to the City: A Comparative Study) we dealt with a new concept of human rights and discussed the basis upon which it is based in international charters, constitutions and domestic laws.

This article discusses one of the works of hadīth scholar, which is known as “Arba`īn”. The writers of Arba`īn collect forty hadīths from different topics and then combined them into one book. Some of them innovated in combining the hadīth. This type of work is known as “Arba`ūn Buldāniyah”. The first scholar to do this is al-Ḥāfiẓ Abū Ṭāhir as-Silafi, then followed by his student, Ibnu `Asākir. Shaikh Yāsīn, a Hadīth scholar from Indonesia who lived in Mecca since he was child. Shaikh Yāsīn had a good reputation in Isnād (chain of hadīths) by maintaining the continuous line of transmission from his teacher, the teachers of his teacher, and to the author of the book studied, as was done by previous scholars. He contributed to the writing of An Arba`īn book which contained forty hadīth from forty scholars (teachers) from forty cities in the Islamic world.
