To the awe of Muslims there was a special broadcast on NPO2 -Dutch national television -Muslims pray for bonding on the 2nd of April 2020, subtitled a Joint prayer from the Taqwa Mosque in Amsterdam due to the corona crisis. This joint prayer was on prime time in the Netherlands where Dutch imams recited from the Quran by taking turns. The Muslim amazement didn't stop with this broadcast, as most mosques in large cities publicly called for prayer (the adhaan) as a sign of national solidarity. Then, there were new TV-commercials on the Corona measures including images of Muslims praying together with images of sports people reminding them to stay at home. As far as the memory goes it was a first in years that a Minister, in this case Minister Grapperhuis gave a Ramadan message to congratulate the start of the holy month Ramadan. On the 2nd of May 2020 Minister Arie Slob endorsed the permit of an Islamic Secondary school in the Hague after long years of rejections and quarrels. Therefore, the question in this paper is, does this pandemic give rise to a more constructive political and media attitudes in the Netherlands while minorities in cases of international crises typically are the scapegoats to be targeted? Furthermore, is this initial seemingly positive depiction in favour of the Dutch Muslim a temporary glitch or is the Corona-crisis paving the way for new opportunities to mend relations that seemed deconstructive?

Yuzyillar boyunca, insanlar, toplumsal, sosyal, siyasal (ve / veya) ekonomik nedenlerle goc etti. Gunumuzde de bu durum cok degismemistir. Insanlar cesitli nedenlerle, hala goc etmektedirler. Burada gocler beraberinde neleri goturur ya da neleri getirir sorusu sorulabilir. Oncelikle kultur beraberinde goturulur ki bu kultur zamanla yeni kulturde de kendisine bir yer edinir. Buna gore, gocler sadece bireyi degil, ayni zamanda onunla birlikte her bir bireyin degerlerini de tasirlar. Nihayetinde kulturel bir aktarimin gerceklesmesi kacinilmazdir. Goc’un onemli sonuclarindan biri edebiyattir. Bazi gocmenler duygularini daha iyi ifade edebilmek icin edebiyati kullanmislardir. Bu durum, daha sonra "gocmen edebiyati" olarak adlandirilacak edebiyatin temelini olusturmustur. Bu calismada, gocmen edebiyatindan olan bir romandaki kulturel ogeler sunulmaktadir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, kültürel kimliği sosyolojik temelli olarak incele-mektir. Çalışmada kimlik konusu yorumlayıcı bir yaklaşımla anlama ve açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın temel problemi, kimli-ğin sosyolojik bir olgu olarak nasıl ele alınabileceğidir.

Although today's technologies and sciences are highly advanced, as individuals continue to deal with the problem of human identity, searching for contemporary human identity. Of course, this quest is a search for social and cultural identity, and therefore it is also related to national identity, as it is related to history. The concepts of identity and culture are intertwined; therefore, knowing the fiction of the concepts of culture and identity, determining how and in what way they exist in the social structure, facilitates their understanding. Thanks to this convenience, it is possible to see the effects of cultural change and interaction on people in all areas of social life. These theoretical approaches contain a lot of data that can be verified in terms of current history. Trying to create a culture in which accepting of different cultures where they can be mixed in this way the formation of the clothing and diet, TV series, computer programs are aware that every single area of rights and freedoms goes. In this case, which reveals the relationship between culture and identity through a more detailed analysis; on the one hand, it is adopted, and on the other hand, it is also faced with an attitude in the form of preventing intervention in national cultures. This can consist of different individual attitudes formed in contradictions and refusals, as well as in a social structure made sense by social internal connection. As a result, this formation leads to a clear view of the tight relationship between identity and culture. This study includes a theoretical study of the concepts of identity and culture.

Food is not solely a biological process. Different social gatherings and rituals during the production, transport, storage and consumption of food display the importance of culture in nutrition. This study aims to highlight food as a social symbol. In this regard, the significance of food in relation to social power is emphasized. The consumption of food according to social classes and social view in differentiation of consumption has been analyzed. In this study, the effects of food on the period of communication among the individuals of the society in regard to the socialization period have been taken into consideration and evaluated. In the scope of the study it has been focused on the differentiation in the process and supply of food and mentioned about the differentiation of nutrition because of varied society and cultural types. Another focus in the study is on the relationship between religion and nutrition. It has been highlighted that both in multi-deity and mono-deity religions food plays an important role in offering food to deities. It has also been put that the effects of food either forbidden to consume or given permission to eat by the religion play a role in the formation habit of nutrition within societies. Finally, it has been put that within the process of the production and consumption of food, cultural differences are a part of the identities of societies.
