Both Mormonism and Islam are in the world's fastest growing religions. Mormonism, as number of its adherents is relatively low, is in the fastest growing religions when annual growth in percentage of converts is considered. Islam is in the fastest growing religions when both percentage of absolute growth and annual growth of the number of new followers are considered. Although it is occurring in the mind firstly that a competition exists between adherents of these religions, conversely, their relationships are always enhanced in mutual understanding and respect ways. Certainly, main reason of this respect is that there is no objection in Mormon faith to accept Muslim's prophet as a prophet also. Another reason for mutual respect is that practice of these religions has expressed similar regulations. For instance, Mormons and Muslims approaches are similar for polygamy which is almost criticized by western world. Additionally, the goods which Mormons are avoided to consume or utilize are also similar with the goods are forbidden for Muslims. Another reason which can be added is that any remarkable historical event recorded between the adherents of both religions to lead them to be prejudiced or negative against each other. In this paper, briefly, general information about Mormons is given, the relationships between Mormons and Muslims are expressed, and main reasons which lead the adherents of both religions to enhance relationships in mutual respect and understanding are examined.

In this study, it is shown that the iterative sequence which is a simplified form of the iteration method introduced by Ullah and Arshad (Springer Plus ( ) 5(1), 1616), converges strongly to the solution of a nonlinear Volterra integral equation with delay. Also, it is proved the result of a data dependence for the solution of this integral equation. This thesis consists of five sections. Firstly, introductory section which it is introduced of problem in thesis is given. Afterwards, basic definitions and concepts, which are used in the study, are given in the second section, named as 'Basic Concepts'. In the third section, integral equations are introduced at first and the classification of integral equations is given. Then, it is discussed on the concept of fixed point and Banach Fixed Point Theorem is given. Finally, some iteration methods are examined. Some of them are Picard iteration method, Mann iteration method, Ishikawa iteration method, Noor iteration method, Picard-S iteration method, Vatan two-step iteration method and Ullah and Arshad iteration method. Third section is finished with a lemma to be used in research findings. In the fourth section, the strong convergence theorem of a iteration method to the solution of nonlinear Volterra integral equation is proven and the data dependence of the solution of this integral equation is researched. Then, an example is presented to support the results. In the last section, the results and remarks, obtained in the study are included.
