La gestion axée sur les résultats (GAR) joue un rôle essentiel en définissant des objectifs clairs, en établissant des indicateurs pertinents, en mettant en place des mécanismes de suivi et d'évaluation, et en prenant des décisions basées sur des données probantes. Cet article met en exergue quelques enjeux de la GAR, face aux défis de performance du secteur de l'enseignement supérieur, de la recherche scientifique et l'innovation en Guinée. Par la suite, il propose une démarche de mise en oeuvre de la gestion axée sur les résultats au sein du Projet Programme Doctoral Génie Industriel et Informatique, pour plus d'efficacité dans la réalisation de sa mission.

In Niger, sorghum and millet are the two most important cereals in terms of acreage and annual production. The combined effects of biotic and abiotic stresses explains the low productivity of these crops in the country. In addition, various pests cause losses at postharvest. A survey was conducted to assess the farmers' knowledge on storage pests and control methods. The results show that moisture and humidity are the main constraints for storage for 82.5% and 100% of producers surveyed. Ants, termites and storage insects are recognized as storage pests of sorghum and millet by respectively 31.3%, 67.5% and 70.0% of respondents. No producer has cited birds as a constraint during storage. By contrast, 23.8% of producers recognize rodents as storage pests. Regarding chemical control, Phostoxin (tablet) and Actellic powder (2%) are the ones that are widely used. Eight plants with insecticidal effects are used as a substitute to chemical pesticides. Besides, Cenchrus biforus (Roxb.) is used to trap rodents. Overall, 8.8% of producers use inert materials (sand and ash) against insects.

This research contributes to shedding light on the secondary effects of a global pandemic on transhumant pastoralists and responses to perceived changes. Empirical data was collected from 142 stakeholders through open-ended and focus group discussions and individual interviews between August 2021 and April 2022. The results reveal that: 1-pastoralists in northern Benin consider themselves little affected by COVID-19 and the related health problems it may cause; 2-some feel the economic consequences of the pandemic, which are limitations in mobility and ransom payments at border controls, livestock traders have faced increased transport prices, losses in the value of Nigerian currency, closure of markets in neighbouring countries; 3-the women milk and cheese sellers consider that they are benefiting economically from the pandemic situation because of prolonged cattle staging in the northern part. The data is analysed using the resilience theory of Obrist et al. (Obrist et al., 2010).

Cette étude poursuit trois principaux objectifs. Le premier vise à savoir si l'engagement RSE est une source d'innovation pour les PME ? Le deuxième permet d'identifier l'existence de liens potentiels entre le degré d'engagement RSE et les types d'innovations lancées? Enfin, le troisième cherche le lien entre le type de la démarche RSE poursuivie et le degré de radicalité de l'innovation? Une étude quantitative a été réalisée par administration d'un questionnaire auprès de 28 PME marocaines disposant d'un effectif compris entre 10 et 250 salariés. Des relations significatives ont pu être identifiées entre l'innovation et le comportement socialement responsable des PME de notre échantillon. Les régressions logistiques binaires indiquent que les deux premiers objectifs sont vérifiés. Alors qu'un modèle logit multinomial valide le troisième.

The study of students learning difficulties (Koné, 2015), helped us to detremine that writing is one of the major problems met by learners in ivorian educational system. The aim of this article is the improvement of students performance in writing through the metacognitive knowledge and strategies.
