The integration of online supplementary material in scientific publications presents both opportunities and challenges. While such material enhances the depth and reproducibility of research, it also leads to issues of formatting quality, declines in manuscript readability, and changes in the review process. Emphasizing a need for improved standards and better integration of supplementary materials within manuscripts is essential for maintaining the clarity and communicability of scientific findings.

I ntroduction In the previous paper, 1 we critically discussed the main features of a scientific publication. We based this discussion on the report of an International Working Group. We argued that this report is the near-final description of a scientific publication within the traditional document paradigm. The authors carefully touched on all the important intrinsic issues of a scientific communication and listed the requirements that electronic publications have to fulfil. In our discussion of this report, we extended the argument beyond print on paper, and this resulted in a series of concerns. It illustrated that the transformation of scientific information from paper to an electronic carrier is not a simple projection but implies a complete reconsideration of the way in which scholarly communications are produced and read.

Scientific publications are the foundation for all research activities in their respective fields. They help in sharing original research work with others and to review the research work done. They become the most important factor for the evolution of modern day science where one researcher builds his work based on others research thereby creating scope for further improvement. There are many scientific publications carried out constantly in different journals and print media. But only few articles give the details necessary to be looked into before publication and they are also specific for any particular topic or subtopic. Hardly any article is there which gives the complete detail which a researcher needs to know before publishing his/her article. This article gives the details to be looked into before, during and after for publication of the study. It helps in making the researchers life easy by compiling all the details in a nut shell there by paving a road map for easy and hastle free publication of the articles. For convenience sake these are published in two parts. In this second part indexing, impact factor, DCI points for publication and plagiarism are described. This is an Open Access (OA) journal, and articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 License, which allows others to remix, tweak, and build upon the work non-commercially, as long as appropriate credit is given and the new creations are licensed under the identical terms.

The reproduction and replication of reported scientific results is a hot topic within the academic community. The retraction of numerous studies from a wide range of disciplines, from climate science to bioscience, has drawn the focus of many commentators, but there exists a wider socio-cultural problem that pervades the scientific community. Sharing code, data and models often requires extra effort; this is currently seen as a significant overhead that may not be worth the time investment.
