Social media has become the most popular way of communication globally, especially among teenage students. Who uses Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, most commonly. The technology is advanced much nowadays. Social media evolved with the advancement of technology and has both beneficial and harmful effects on academia. Students are affected by social media. Social Media have many serious problems and lead to significant issues for students, especially regarding their privacy or security, and cause distraction of studies. This paper highlights and finds the social media impact on student studies, social activities, and academic performances and provides awareness among them. Moreover, a survey was conducted in order to evaluate the effects of social media on students.

Social media is a platform for people to discuss their issues and opinions. Before knowing the aspects of social media people must have to know what is social media? Social media are computer tools that allows people to share or exchange information's, ideas, images, videos and even more with each other through a particular network. In this paper we cover all aspects of social media with its positive and negative effect. Focus is on the particular field like business, education, society and youth. During this paper we describe how these media will affect society in a broad way.

The purpose of this paper is to identify and determine the impacts of social media towards the society relating to the teenagers. A qualitative approach has applied using secondary data by gathering information from journal articles and government website as well as international sites to achieve the objectives. Thus, this article presents both positive and negative impacts of social media on teenagers. The positive impacts identified in this article are gaining knowledge, improving relationship, finding job, keeping in touch with the world, and enhancing social media as e-commerce. Whereas, the negative impacts of social media recognized in this article include cyberbullying, hacking, addiction, cheating and humiliating. Based on the presentations and arguments on the results of previous research, some recommendations have been provided.

Use of Social media is being swiftly increasing during last few years. It is not only being used by the working people but also there is heavy rise in the use of social media by the students or we can say in education society.Use of social media has been created a positive impact on the society. With the help of Internet all the social site and various applications are available which can be access easily,also allow users to converse and interact with each other, to create, edit and share new forms of textual, visual and audio content. It has a vital influence on our live as it helps a lot in every field of life such as political field, economic field and educational field. As the time passing by social media has started creating a negative impact by permeating today's society with millions of us engrossed, unhealthy addiction, in the latest happenings via apps such as Watsapp, Facebook and Twitter.They create longer term friendships by being in touch online even when friends are no longer physically meeting. The paper tires to highlight how social media influenced our population there is a need to know for the good and bad impacts of the social media on our education sectoras well as on our next generation and make a proper plan in both cases if the usage of social media is good or bad.

Social media nowadays become the most populous way of passing information among individuals, as well as broadcasting information since the emerging of internet technology. Consequently, Social media became one of the most used means of advertising marketing products, school openings, protest, amnesty votes, researching, politics, campaign, e-Classes as well as an effective tool for educational purpose using different social media platforms. Nevertheless, social media become an interactive platform for students to tackle their schooling issues, communicate with their Supervisors as well as taking part on the e-classes using the medium. Regardless of the vast importance of the platforms, many individuals today are using the medium for controversial issues to disturb the peace of the community. In this research we are going to focus on discussing the effects of social networking media to the society and student's academic performance and a way to couple with the medium in a better and efficient way. Moreover, this study conducted an analysis of studies dedicated to social media use for collaborative learning and engagement based on previous research problems of models and theories.
