Abstract

The development of science, the changing times and demands of the organization to adapt to the environment as well as adjustments to business demands, causes changes in the concept of human resource management of personnel management into human resources management, which resulted in demands for the management of human resources activities in improving the capability and skills, the change mindset and outlook so that the organization's strategic objectives can be achieved through the performance generated by the employees employed. Failure in changing human resource management strategy of personnel management concepts into human resources management, often late understood and recognized, so that adjustment measures or impose improper strategy can result in problems, such as high turnover, stress management, organizational culture forced and not achieving employee satisfaction of the conditions experienced.
