Balaghah pays attention to the meaning contained in the arrangement of the Arabic language, so that the meaning contained in the expression is revealed correctly. This proves that the science of Arabic language learned by a person is not limited to nahwu and sharaf only. But it is necessary to study balaghah at an advanced level in Arabic language. This paper presents the object of study of balaghah, the division of balaghah, and the correlation between balaghah and uslub itself. The Library Research is using references from various sources such as books and scientific articles. The data collection technique is to review the book and Journal. The data obtained were then processed with descriptive analytical techniques. The research highlights some explanations on the status of Arabic grammar and its origin with the statement that Abu al-Aswad al-Duali was not the author of it. To develop the research presentation, the research discussion focuses on orientalists’ views toward Arabic language as well as the modern views among the Arabs also will be accounted. Therefore, based on consistent narratives and logical arguments by scholars indicated that there was no connection between Aristotle and Sibawayh. The statement had referred to the different concepts and terminologies usage in the both languages Arabic and Greek. The analysis which base on critical study as a method approach discovered the unbalance statements are still unable to defect the authenticity of great narrations and logical arguments of the clarity of Arabic grammar as a result of culture preservation as well as Quran understanding defence. With the spread of the new Corona virus "Covid-19" around the world, countries resorted to applying quarantine to control this disease and limit its spread, which is a health measure called by the Prophet more than fourteen centuries before scientists discovered microorganisms And the methods of their multiplication, spread, and their cause of disease and epidemics, and some believe that the Prophet Muhammad was the first to establish the concept of quarantine, for the Prophet explained his principles and laid his foundations with a sufficiently satisfactory statement in a number of noble prophetic hadiths, preventing people from entering the affected town It also prevented the people of that town from fleeing from it, whether this fleeing person showed signs of infection or not. I directed my face towards the Sunnah books to collect the hadiths of the Prophet that were mentioned in the quarantine, then divided them into three sections, then I studied these hadiths an analytical rhetorical study based on the analytical approach that deals with the holistic view of the text, tracing the effects of systems, and tracing every technical element in it that is from It would contribute to revealing the meaning and understanding its statement and the extent of the compatibility of its words, the coherence of its sentences, the consistency of its connotations, and the subsequent accuracy of the use of vocabulary and letters. This work was a desire to show the greatness of the Islamic religion, and an attempt to uncover an aspect of the Prophet's miracles, and there is no doubt that such research increases the believers' faith with their faith, and contributes to the call to God-and the Islamic religion, and emphasizes its value in the hearts of the worlds.

We aim in this paper to discuss the concept of semantic connectedness throug Teun A van dick's book (1977) « TEXT AND CONTEXT EXPLORATIONS IN THE SEMANTICS AND PRAGMATICS OF DISCOURSE. This book's importance is based on the use of concepts related to logic and formal semantics.

This paper presents a review and analysis of the NATO Language Proficiency Framework, known as STANAG 6001. This framework was published for the first time in 1976, based on the Interagency Language Roundtable, known as ILR. Since then, the STANAG 6001 framework has gone through total and partial development processes. The development process resulted in a number of language proficiency tests guided by the framework in 2009. This subject is important for two main reasons, one related to the framework itself, and the other related to this paper. The reason related to the framework comes from its being an outcome of a cooperation of a number of countries of different languages, thus, it is an international framework, rather than a product of a specific country. It also became a reference for many of the Alliance country members in the domains of language assessment, language curriculum and program design. In addition, its audience is unique-civilian and military-who are associated with the North Atlantic Alliance operations. On the other hand, the framework development process went through many phases since its inception until the second version of the fifth Edition in 2016. This is something of a benefit to Arab researchers interested in the idea of creating an Arabic framework of reference and an international language proficiency test. The other reason, which is related to the importance of this paper, is in it being one of the first works to present STANAG 6001 in Arabic, where there is no information available in Arabic about it, neither in general, nor on research websites.
