The researchers conducted a study aimed at studying sports marketing methods among employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Sharkia Governorate. Its statement was as follows: Number of (107) specialists working in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the Governorate of Sharkia (the specific group, social services and media), including (87) specialists from among the workers, a basic sample, and (20) specialists from workers as an exploratory sample. The most important results indicated: • The influence of the methods of advertising, advertising and marketing of matches followed in the marketing of the African Nations Championship and the African Nations under 18 years of age on the employees 'knowledge and the employees' understanding of marketing. The workers were affected by the marketing thinking system followed by the sports authorities in the governorate. • Employees' awareness of marketing tournaments and matches by opening many outlets selling tickets or contracting with marketing companies such as My Ticket for the ease and speed of reservation that workers and others interested in sports touched while booking tickets for the 2019 African Nations Championship, as well as the African nations under 23 years old. • The employees understand the importance of marketing and renting establishments as a result of the ministry's interest in increasing its investments recently through that and because this is the practice of youth centers and clubs recently and that it provides a profit to be spent on various activities, as well as increasing the balance of clubs and youth centers. • The employees understand that the clubs 'resources are from the proceeds of the activities and services provided to the members, and any failure to pay attention to that affects negatively, as the weak attendance and the weakness of the resources of the products and services that are accepted during their attendance.

The Present study aims at collecting and documenting folk songs that embody natural phenomena to show their symbolic signs in the light of the researchers' vision for identifying the beliefs and practices related to rain songs, the moon, the sun and the wind. To achieve the research objectives, the research sample is selected according to the ice ball style; individuals' age exceeds sixty years. The study focuses on a number of Beni-Suef villages as well as it adopts an anthropological approach through which a fieldwork manuals and interviews are conducted.

This study aims to define the role of job rotation as one of the policies to overcome the problem of employee turnover. The study depends on the descriptive analytical approach through reviewing theoretical studies related to the subject of the study ، as well as conducting the field study through the survey method ،where a number of 250 survey forms were distributed to a random sample of employees in the four-star hotels in Hurghada ،of which only 203 forms were valid for analysis ، with 81.2%. The data received from the valid forms for the statistical analysis were analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS version. The study found that employees going to transfer between hotels to obtain better job opportunities ،and that when applying job rotation ،the turnover of employees decreases. Based on the extracted results ،a set of recommendations was developed. The study recommended the necessity of providing periodic ،regular and documented databases on employee turnover rates and the necessity of obtaining the approval of the departments concerned with rotation before making the job rotation decision ،and the need to educate workers that the main reason ‫ٚايفٓادم‬ ‫ايظٝاس١‬ ‫نًٝ١‬ ‫زتً١‬-‫عذد‬ 6-‫دٜظُرب‬ 0202

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر جودة حياة العمل في سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية للعاملين بالسلك شبه الطبي بمستشفى محمد الصديق بن يحيى- جيجل، وتُعد هذه الدراسة كمية لأنها تعتمد على الاستبانة، التي تم توزيعها بطريقة العينة القصدية على 170 فردا، وذلك للحصول على بيانات تُعالج باستخدام برنامج الحــزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، ولقد تم التوصل إلى وجود ممارسة متوسطة لجودة حياة العمل وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، إضافة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لجودة حياة العمل في سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، يرجع إلى الأثر الإيجابي للتمكين والعلاقات الإنسانية، وعلى ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها تم تقديم تفسيرات ومقترحات.
