This study aims to provide empirical evidence and discuss the relationship between earnings aquality and the firm value with managerial ability as moderating variables. the study used a sample of companies listed on the Egyptian stock market, including 133 companies, for 16 sectors, in the period from 2010 to 2018. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there is a positive relationship between the earning quality and the firm value. The results also showed that the managerial ability has a significant effects on the relationship between the quality of profits and the firm value. The research recommends paying attention to the earnings quality in light of the information revolution, and paying attention to developing the managerial ability skills of managers, because it has a profound impact on the strength of the relationship between the quality of profits and the firm value.

ملخص: نظرا للخصائص المميزة للوقت ، يعتبر من أهم موارد الشركة وأثمنها ، وإدارته بشكل فعال هي أساس إدارة باقي موارد المنظمة ، فإدارة الوقت تتولى مهمة توزيع الوقت واستغلاله في مختلف الأنشطة التي تقوم بها المنظمة ، مما يجعلها قادرة على انجاز الأعمال الموكلة لها بكفاءة وفعالية بغية الوصول للأهداف المنشودة وتحقيق البقاء والاستمرار في ظل المنافسة الشديدة. والمورد البشري أحد أكثر الموارد تأثيرا وتأثرا بإدارة الوقت ، فأداؤه الجيد يتوقف على مدى تحكمه بإدارة الوقت ، وهذا ما سعت هذه الدراسة إلى إثباته ، فقد جاءت لتوضيح تأثير إدارة الوقت على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين ، والذي هو عبارة عن مجموع الأنشطة والمهام التي يقوم بها فرد ما داخل المنظمة ، من أجل تحقيق الأهداف الخاصة به وتلك الخاصة بالمنظمة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن إدارة الوقت لها علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بالأداء الوظيفي. Abstract: The time is considered the most important resource according to its particular characters, and its management in the correct manner is basically the management of other organization’s resources. In the other hand, the time management is managing and using the time accordingly to the different services that can be able to achieve all the missions requested to approach its aims realizing the existence and the exchanging. The human resource is one factor that affects and be affected to the management of the time and the good performance surrounded to the way of time managing. Thus, this approach can prove, then to explain the effect of managing time on the job performance that knows on all the orders and the missions of employees inside the organization in order to get the particular purpose. So, the conclusion of this approach is that time management effect on the job performance.

Resource allocation optimization is one of the challenging problems in project management in today's economy because of the complexity of projects and the increasing costs of the resources in construction projects. This research presents the definition of the importance of smoothing project resources and its role in increasing the quality of achieving projects. Since there is no software model to smooth the project resources for reaching the optimum allocation, this research aims to develop an optimization model for resource smoothing according to the proposed constraints, which in turn reduces the fluctuations in resource usage diagram without any change in the project duration. The proposed model utilizes a system that depends on the experiential method to find the best solution, and the value of ∑ has been used as a helpful criterion to calculate the measure of the fluctuations in daily resource demands. After formulating the proposed model, it is programmed using DEV program, which uses C++ language to find the optimum solution. At last, an illustrative example is presented to ensure the proposed model, and the application results come identical with research objectives. A comparison with the results of the feature of "resource leveling" in the known construction management programs showed a high efficiency of the developed model. The results of the developed model met the intended goal of achieving the best schedule with the minimum cumulative resource fluctuations.

إنّ الله عز وجل قد فرض علينا زكاة الفطر طهرةً للصائم وطعمةً للمساكين. ومن النوازل المتعلقة بهذه العبادة الدفعُ الذكيُّ لزكاة الفطر عن طريق الهاتف المتحرك، ولا يخفى أن الغالب في نوازل العصر أن تكون مركّبة من عدة مسائل؛ فيحتاج الباحث إلى تصورها التصور الصحيح، ثم الحكم على كل مسألةٍ من المسائل المركّبة للوصول إلى النتيجة النهائية، ومحاولة الحصول على البدائل المشروعة في حال المنع منها. والمنهج المتبع في هذا البحث هو المنهج التحليلي والاستنباطي، وذلك بتتبع طريقة عملية الدفع الذكي لزكاة الفطر، وتصوير المسألة المراد بحثها، وقياسها على أقوال الفقهاء، وبنائها على الأدلة الشرعية الصحيحة، مع مناقشة الأدلة، والترجيح. وبعد البحث تبيّن مشروعية الدفع الذكي لزكاة الفطر عن طريق الهاتف كما تقوم به هيئة الأعمال الخيرية، وأنّ للهيئات الخيرية دفع الزكاة عن المزكين قبل تسلمهم المال من الاتصالات، ولها إرسال زكاة الفطر إلى خارج الدولة دون علم المزكي في بعض الحالات، وأن تخرج الزكاة عن المزكي قبل توكيله في بعض الصور؛ قياسًا على بعض المسائل التي ذكرها الفقهاء. كما أن المعتبر في وقت أداء زكاة الفطر هو البلد ...

Wastewater treatment plants that are located in high places can provide opportunities for generating sustainable energy, by installing hydroturbines at inlet and exit pipes of wastewater treatment plants, as well as exploiting the sludge resulting from the treatment process as a source for generating biogas, which can be used to generate electric power. Then the treated water is used to irrigate ornamental trees in the roads, gardens and forests, as well as the residues of the fermentation process are used as organic fertilizer and to improve the quality of agricultural soil. In this research, a hybrid system consisting of a hydroelectric station and an electric generator working on biogas was proposed at the wastewater treatment plant in Gharyan. This is because the city is distinguished by its high location, about 713 m above sea level. The obtained results showed that the proposed hybrid renewable energy system will provide the wastewater treatment plant an electric power of 490 kW, which is sufficient to cover 87.5% of the plant's electrical energy consumption.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وبلورة الإطار المفاهيمي لممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء وإبراز أثرها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة لمنظمات الأعمال، وذلك عبر مواءمة ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية مع الاستراتيجية البيئية للمنظمة. علما أن هذه الدراسة تستمد أهميتها بشكل أساسي من كونها من الدراسات القليلة التي ربطت بين ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء والميزة التنافسية وبشكل يحقق المواءمة بين البعد البيئي والبعد الاقتصادي الذي يعتبر هدفا جوهريا لمنظمات الأعمال. ومن جهة أخرى فإنها تمثل قيمة مضافة في مجال الدراسات باللغة العربية التي تعتبر نادرة في هذا المجال. وقد اعتمدت منهجية الدراسة على مقاربة نظرية تحليلية لأدبيات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء والميزة التنافسية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج تؤكد على التأثير الإيجابي لممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية الخضراء على الأداء البيئي والميزة التنافسية.

يعمل النظام التأديبي على تحقيق المصلحة العامة للحفاظ على أقصى درجات الاستقرار الوظيفي، هذا النظام يرتكز على الموظف باعتباره الأداة التي تعمل على التوازن بين قيام الموظف بأداء واجباته الوظيفية بالقدرة والكفاية المطلوبة وبين متطلبات الوظيفة. يعتمد تحقيق المصلحة العامة على حسن أداء الموظف وسرعته وأمانتة و كفاءته، وفي المقابل لا بد أن تحافظ الإدارة على أداء الموظف بأن تقدم له ضمانات تكفل حقوقة وتوفر له الحماية من سوء استعمال السلطة الإدارية، هذه الضمانات قد تكون سابقة على توقيع الجزاء أم لاحقة بعد صدور الجزاء التأديبي في حقه وكل تلك الضمانات الممنوحة للموظف تدخل في مفهوم عدالة الإجراءات. ومن أجل هذين الاعتبارين اللذين يدخلان في صالح الإدارة و صالح الموظف نشأت فكرة النظام التأديبي وكان التحقيق أحد الوسائل المهمة في المسؤولية التأديبية.
