The political rights that any state allots to individuals are those rights that relate to their personalities amongst general interests characteriesed by the actual participation of the citizens in governing throughout holding executive posts in the govrment, or by being indirectly represented by elected members in differents assemblies. The women is considered an essential partner to realise the development of society. For such a purpose scholars dealt with the issue of her political rights very early. Here ,I mean her rights to vote and being elected to occupy poialitical and social posts .The present study emphasizes the rights the woman enjoined in the light of Islamic rule, and tries to answer the questions the research attained.

This study aims to identify the impact of the environmental dimension of social responsibility on achieving the competitive advantage in its dimensions (cost, quality, and creativity) of companies providing mobile phone services within the Arab Republic in Egypt. Research methodology: Data and information were obtained using the survey method through a sample of (231) branch managers of mobile phone companies, and a sample of (374) employees working in mobile companies, as well as a sample of (384) of customers of these companies with a total of (989) A form was distributed electronically through the Google Word application, and a number of (705) survey forms were valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of (71.28%). Multiple linear regression analysis was used the simultaneous estimation method Enter to test the direct effect of the independent sub-variable (the environmental dimension of social responsibility) on the dependent variable (the dimensions of competitive advantage). Research results: The most important results of the research showed that the environmental dimension of social responsibility has a positive impact on the competitive advantage of companies providing mobile phone service, meaning that attention to the environmental dimension has an interactive role to enhance the relationship between social responsibility and competitive advantage. Research recommendation: The importance of modernizing environmental systems within companies by moving towards the exploitation of renewable energy in carrying out the company's activities, activating the principles of social responsibility while including the environmental dimension within the company's strategy, spreading the culture of social responsibility among employees and customers effectively, which enhances environmental behaviors to establish the true concept of social responsibility.

Discussing the issue of women's work from the Islamic point of view requires a holistic approach that examines the subject with all the different factors and influences of life. This is a methodical approach that Mujtahidūn call "Taḥqīq al-Manāṭ al-'Āmm" for Islamic researches. It extends to a wider circle related to the nature of social life and the pattern of family relations. It is linked to political and economic systems and the perception of women and their function and location in society. This research contributes to this debatable issue, trying to dismantle the ideological backgrounds surrounding this issue and to examine the economic and political motives behind it. Then, it follows up the implications that are socially and economically derived by evoking the reality of global experiences, in order to come up with a more comprehensive and balanced vision in Taḥqīq al-Manāṭ in its Maqasidic context which controls its view and rulings.

The study aimed to shed light on the manifestations of mercy in women's social rights in Islam and see the situation of women in ancient civilizations. This study belongs to the pattern of studies estimating the situation based on the analytical inductive approach. It is one of the most important methods of scientific research, and the inductive approach relies on scientific observation, whereby texts and opinions related to the social rights of women are traced and then analyzed and inferring aspects of mercy in them in order to reach a complete perception of this study. The results of the study showed that the Islamic religion is the only one that strengthened the position of women, honored them, and gave them all their rights completely in a way that suits her natural fit compared to the situation of women in other civilizations. المستخلص أهتمت الدراسة بمتغيرين رئيسين هما ابعاد التوزيع، وولاء الزبون واختارت الباحثة اجراء دراستها على عينة من الصحف العراقية متمثلة بصحف (الصباح، المدى، والبينة الجديدة ) لطبيعة هذا المنتج الذي لا يتجاوز عمره الساعات الاولى من الصباح واعتماد نجاحه كلياً على قاعدة جماهيرية رصينة، وبعد ان تمت دراسة ابعاد المتغيرين المتمثلة بـ (الكلفة، المرونة، ووقت التسليم) ابعاداً للتوزيع و (تسويق العلاقة، تصور الزبون، تجربة الزبون، العلامة التجارية، وجودة المنتج) ابعاداً لولاء الزبون على وفق المشكلة التي تم تحديدها في تساؤلات عدة مطروحة تلخصت في مدى وعي الادارة بأهمية التوزيع ووقت التسليم بالذات في نجاحها، ومدى اهمية ولاء الزبون في استمرار الصحيفة مستهدفة بذلك الوقوف على واقع واليات التوزيع في الصحف المبحوثة، توصلت الدراسة الى ان وقت التسليم هو البعد الاكثر تاثيرا في بناء ولاء الزبون، وعلى الرغم من وعي الادارة بذلك الا ان هناك تلكؤ في ضبط اوقات تسليم الصحف، اضافة الى ضعف في اليات بناء ولاء الزبون لها والمحافظة عليه ، بناءً على ذلك وضعت الباحثة بعض التوصيات لتحسين الواقع العملي .

This study aims to identify the impact of the internal environment and its relation with the empowerment of employee (female/) in the academic field: Case study (Ali Istiqlal University). This study is descriptive according to qualitative approach using a non-probable sample by social survey by the sample method in the College of Administrative Sciences. The total of the study community has reached (141) faculty members at Istiqlal University, and the sample was restricted to faculty members in the Department of Public Administration at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and they are (15) faculty members. In this connection the researcher relied on an interview guide from his preparation, and the interviews were conducted from the viewpoint of the faculty members in the Department of Public Administration.
