This research handles Imam Juwainy's objective thinking based upon interpreting the legal texts inserted in the Imam's original books. Those books included a variety of expressions referring to Islamic legal objectives, introduced in diverse molds containing objective phrases and statements closely related to practical applications where the legal objectives of the financial policy within the state came into force. Accordingly, it has become dutiful to save the spare capital of the treasury as well as diversifying the sources of public income. In addition, the general expenditure is not done haphazardly but it has its definite channels with their specified amounts. Such issues have proved that the legal objectives have their role in preserving and preventing the religious and mundane interests of the nation from any inflicted harm.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن مظاهر الاجتهاد المقاصدي في الأصول الاجتهادية المالكية، وذلك بالاستدلال على مركزية المصلحة في هذه الأصول، وباستجلاء المظاهر المقاصدية التي اتصف بها الاجتهاد المالكي نتيجة لاعتداده بهذه الأصول في عملياته الاستدلالية ولقد اختار هذا البحث من تلك المظاهر في الاجتهاد المالكي: 1) فتحه المجال للتوسع في التعليل بالمقاصد الجزئية. 2) مرونته وقابليته للتغيير والتجديد. ولقد ربط هذا البحث بين هذه المظاهر وبين طبيعة الأصول الاجتهادية التي أتاحت للاجتهاد المالكي أن يتصف بها، بأن تناول بالتأصيل تلكم الأصول ونبَّه أثناء تأصيله لها إلى مظاهر التوسع في التعليل بالمقاصد الجزئية ومقومات تحقيقه، وإلى مظاهر المرونة ومظاهر القابلية للتغيير والتجديد التي نتجت عن استناد الاجتهاد المالكي على تلك الأصول، كما بيَّن البحث صلة المنطق الذي تصدر عنه تلك الأصول –وهو المصلحة- بتحقيق تلك المظاهر للاجتهاد المقاصدي في فقه المالكية. Abstract : The purpose of this research is to find out the aspects of studiousness for purposes in the fundamental jurisprudential principles for the Maliki by attributing the centrality of the interest in these principles. And by following the purposes of aspects that characterized the Maliki studiousness as a result of his reverence for these assets in his evidential processes. This research has chosen from these aspects of the Maliki studiousness 1. Open the scope to expand the reasoning of partial purposes. 2. The Flexibility and the allowance for the change and the newness This research has joined these aspects, and pointed out the nature of the studiousness for purposes by which the Maliki studiousness was stereotyped. That it has dealt with by etymology those assets by leaning on expansions aspects all in scrutinizing when it comes to partial purposes and the achievement of its principles. As well as the flexibility and the feasibility aspects for any change and newness that made it follow the Maliki studiousness on these principles. Tafsir Ilmi" is a new characteristic of "tafsir" which was famous in this era. There are many contemporary problems of "tafsir ilmi". It is required a thought of contemporary scholar whose able to solve it. He is Yûsuf Al-Qardhâwî who has devoted his thought to solve it. He is specialist in jurisprudence but it was not in authority of Al-Qur'an and tafsir. Eventhough, he has researched in tafsir ilmi and owned several works in Al-Qur'an and tafsir. This research shows that Yûsuf Al-Qardhâwî's thought in tafsir ilmi (especially ontological aspect) comprehends: First, existence of "tafsir ilmi" and "i'jaz ilmi"; Second, the reality of "tafsir ilmi" and "i'jaz ilmi"; Third, the connection between "tafsir ilmi" and "i'jaz ilmi"; Fourth, Yûsuf Al-Qardhâwî's position in dialectics of tafsir ilmi.

This research aims to determine the types of adat al-Syibhi, the differences and the roles in understanding the texts of the hadith of the Prophet, as well as facilitating the identification of tasybih elements in a hadith text. This research is a Library Research, that relies on a descriptive analytical approach (al-Manhaj al-Washfi al-Tahlili). Descriptive approach is to analyze scientific material that is related to the subject, through library research and then presented and explained systematically. The analytical approach is to analyze the hadith of the Prophet which contains the aspects of tasybih and the words of the ‘ulama (clerics) and balaghah experts. The modal difference in the formulas of the same word is due to the multiplicity of its various meanings, and among these formulas is the Participle. It indicates the subject and the event while the verb indicates the time and the event. Moreover, the Participle indicates the persistence of the description in the past tense and its continuity, unlike the past verb, which indicates the occurrence of the verb in the past tense, not its persistence and continuity. For example, to exchange between the form fa'el with another: the exchange between the Participle on the form fa'el and fae'l, they are similar in many aspects. The form fae'l can be a noun as they say: shoulder (Katef) and liver (Kabed), and an adjective as they say: aware (Ḥadhr) and agonized (Waje'). The form fa'el also can be a noun as they say: nape (Kaḥil) and ridge (Gharib), and an adjective as they say: hitter (Ḍarib), writer (Kattib) and others. According to them, a linguistic element such as Scholar ('Alim) is semantically different from an element such as Expert ('Allam), and they, in turn, are different from an element such as learned ('Alim), known (Ma'loum), and others. The Qur'anic readings that include morphological differences may lead to a change in meaning from one reading to another, noting that this difference in meaning is not a contradiction, but rather a difference in understanding or meaning, which increases the clarity and confirmation of the intended.

This study aims to develop Arabic-speaking teaching materials for tourism based on the Indonesian National Competency Standards (SKKNI) at the Department of Arabic Literature, State University of Malang. The ADDIE development model was used in this research and development. Data was collected using the instruments of observation, interview, questionnaire, and test. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques include qualitative descriptive data analysis and statistical descriptive. As a result of this research, Arabic language teaching materials for tourism are created according to the needs of students who focus on speaking skills. This teaching material consists of 8 themes: picking up tourists at the airport, hotel check-in, zoo tours, marine tourism, mountain tours, culinary tours, and shopping tours. The background of this research is the lack of diversity of teaching materials and the need for teachers and students to develop them. The purpose of this study is to describe the development of Arabic language teaching materials based on multiple intelligences, to determine their validity and effectiveness. The research method used is R&D with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Application, and Evaluation). The results of the study are as follows: (1) Multiple intelligences-based teaching materials are valid with a percentage of 92.4% in terms of material, 87.5% in language and 94.23% in design. (2) Multiple intelligences-based learning materials are effective for improving students' understanding of qawaid, this can be seen from the Wilcoxon 0.000 test results which are less than 0.05. This shows that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected.

With the spread of the new Corona virus "Covid-19" around the world, countries resorted to applying quarantine to control this disease and limit its spread, which is a health measure called by the Prophet more than fourteen centuries before scientists discovered microorganisms And the methods of their multiplication, spread, and their cause of disease and epidemics, and some believe that the Prophet Muhammad was the first to establish the concept of quarantine, for the Prophet explained his principles and laid his foundations with a sufficiently satisfactory statement in a number of noble prophetic hadiths, preventing people from entering the affected town It also prevented the people of that town from fleeing from it, whether this fleeing person showed signs of infection or not. I directed my face towards the Sunnah books to collect the hadiths of the Prophet that were mentioned in the quarantine, then divided them into three sections, then I studied these hadiths an analytical rhetorical study based on the analytical approach that deals with the holistic view of the text, tracing the effects of systems, and tracing every technical element in it that is from It would contribute to revealing the meaning and understanding its statement and the extent of the compatibility of its words, the coherence of its sentences, the consistency of its connotations, and the subsequent accuracy of the use of vocabulary and letters. This study aims to (1) describe the idea of an integrated curriculum in higher education, (2) depict its implementation at the university level, and (3) find out the impact of the curriculum on university development. This research used a qualitative approach. It employed a literature study. The researchers gathered the data from book reviews and related journals. Data analysis involved collecting the data, sorting, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The findings showed that (1) the idea of an integrated curriculum was depicted in a tree-shaped scientific structure; (2) the integrated curriculum was done by requiring all students to learn Arabic and English, as well as providing opportunities for all students to memorize the Quran and practice Islamic life; (3) integrated curriculum contributed to accelerating the development and internationalization of institutions. Moreover, it improved human resources competencies.
